They made my first iced brown oatmilk shaken espresso so bad. I asked it to be redone and they were nice about it but then something was missing AGAIN. I’ve had this drink hundreds of times so I would know. They need retraining. If im ordering a venti it should taste somewhat normal
I had an order of about 5 coffees for my family and I, once I start passing out the coffees, only 1 of them had their lid on correctly, so I got a lap filled with coffee because they didn’t have the lid on any of them

I ordered 6 scoops of mango dragon drinks and look like regular 2 scoops with lots of ice. Just wasted my money.

They did make 1 mistake on my drink [i asked for no foam, It had lots of it, so I had to scoop it out], but i'm still willing to give them another chance in the future.

Super slow Starbucks left after 7 minutes waiting in the line to even place the order. 2 workers with very inefficient way of working. Won’t be coming back.

I asked for hot coffee, they made it cold, because I was in a hurry, I didn't understand right away. I don't understand what they were listening to, I'm not happy. I'm very unhappy with the service. It's just awful. There are a lot of them there, but they're no good. I categorically do not recommend this place.

David at the front register was nothing short of spectacular this morning. He took the time to explain how I can receive more points for uploading an amount in the app to receive double stars. Just an absolute rockstar to take time to explain that, I go to Starbucks 2-3x/week and no ones ever took the time to explain. He legit made my day
