I placed a mobile order. When I got there no one inside, they were working on mobile orders. No speed of service and when my drink was ready it was wrong no vanilla and no cinnamon powder. I understand if it was busy but it wasn't. Yes they fixed my drink

Got my 1st pupachino for my new puppy here, they offered for free but I bought something anyway since they were so sweet. Cool lady w tattoos & another lady w red hair i think was so sweet yall give them a raise 11/10 drink for my babies too thank you so much

I was really disappointed with my visit this morning. I ordered a small coffee with an espresso shot, two creams, and two sugars. Instead, I was given a half-filled black coffee and told to add everything myself. I go to Starbucks for the convenience and consistency, not to make my own drink at the counter. It felt careless and honestly like a waste of both my time and money.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks. An employee named Julie made my coffee incorrectly, and when I politely mentioned it, she responded with extreme rudeness and disrespect. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience.

This experience was unacceptable and completely out of line with the service I’ve received at other Starbucks locations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior appropriately. Customers deserve better.

I just have to share some positive feedback on the staff at this Milwaukee location! Starbucks struck GOLD with this outstanding crew. Everyone at this location goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have had the pleasure to get to know some by name such as Caro & Maria who are Baristas EXTRAORDINAIRE! I can count on them both to not only make my drink perfect every time but beautiful too just as they both are!

David always provides impeccable customer service and Sharon is the sweetest always so complimentary.

Liz was SO sweet and kind. She also worked incredibly fast and efficiently during a rush, despite some rude customers. She has top notch positive attitude and work ethic!!! The world needs more people like her. Thank you Liz, for brightening my day. You’re a gem!

Ordered an Iced Americano, Chai Latte, and Caramel Macchiato through the Starbucks app just before closing time last night. The service was impressively quick, and the staff was warm and friendly. A great experience overall!

Liz is awesome ! One of the kindest people I’ve met. Truly made me feel at home .
