"There's no law that says I can't smoke inside my car, especially if I was already smoking when I arrived. There wasn't any notice stating I couldn't smoke, and I even closed the window when she wasn't there. I won't be returning to this location, and please train your staff about policies."

I am a regular at this Starbucks since they opened. The staff is always so pleasant and cheerful in the morning. Last time I was there My app was not scanned for the rewards. I called and spoke with manager Kyle, he found my receipt and was so nice and helpful. He completely took care of the mishap and provide excellent customer service. I appreciate him very much!
