I went there and employees are talking back side and making fun of others I can clearly understand Hindi language they are speaking When I entered the store, they Show me and went back and making me wait for Next five minutes and then they came and took my order but at next, they don’t know how to prepare the sandwich I’m posting a picture how they wrapped my sandwich I can clearly taste. It’s a old Bread even though I ate right after two minutes, it was hard Normally, if I toast my sandwich, it’s not that hard, but this is hard like a rock Very disappointed.

Terrible service. I ordered online and when I got home the order didn't match what I had initially ordered. The person who served me should be fired. It's obvious they don't do their job well. The poor service at this place is incredible. If you have the chance, never go there.

I placed an order online and they gave me a completely different order. The employee doesn't take it upon himself to check what each order contains. He added different products to my wife's. Never come to order from this place because the service is also very bad.

I do not recommend this Subway location at all. They are very skimpy on the toppings. I guess they think they can sell $10+ sandwiches to the most amount of people with the least amount of toppings. The sandwich had me feeling sick after so be warned that ingredients may be old. Avoid at all costs because this place shouldn't even be open.

Horrible experience and my last time coming here. I received two footlongs that contained almost no toppings. The toppings that were on there seemed old. I cannot believe this subway is still operating by treating customers this way. You looked me in my eyes and handed me a bag full of nothing.

It’d be nice if me and my cousin were looking for a snack, there were barely any of the toppings I ordered. I ordered pickles and the REGULAR amount on the app and yet I got 2…. And then I ordered MORE cucumbers and I got 1… please put enough toppings, it was literally so dry
Rude staff and old dried out toppings. All the toppings looked old wrinkled and dried out and the old Spanish lady going to give me an attitude because I told her she needed to throw that old stuff out before they got someone sick!!!! Zero stars is what they really deserve. The older lady needs to be fired I came in on 2-10-25 &12:30pm.

i’ve been too this location a few times during my break, and it’s always the older lady that works during the morning hours, i went in one time and i asked her what kind of meat did they have that’s grilled, she said “it’s on the menu read it” which i thought was super rude but i figured maybe she’s just having a bad day and dropped it, i came in again today, and i asked for muti grain but then changed my mind because i actually wanted to try the bread that has cheese in it, she started rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing about it and got loud with me about the difference and that it’s not the same, obviously i knew that but changed my mind it’s not that big of a deal. it made me feel super uncomfortable!!! she’s super rude and i won’t be coming back to this location again.

Horrible service, unruly staff..! A girl called fatima was working in the store on 27th Oct 2024 (Wednesday) at 8.05pm and I was there to get a subway sandwiches..! She misbehaved - spoke so rudely and at 8.10pm she asked me to leave the store as it will be closing early because there is not many customers as her MANAGER asked to the close and she asked me to leave the store.!. I told her can i wait for my car to come as it was cold outside but she replied no you can’t wait as I have to lock the store from inside..! I ordered a foot long , which is always cut into half and both the halves are packed in seperate sheet of paper, BUT This sandwich was so badly packed and I asked her to pack it in two seperate sheets and she started screaming at me saying you should have told me ..! WELL TEACH YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO PACK SANDWICHES…! I repeatedly asked for her name BUT she refused and finally gave a name which I think she gave me a wrong name”FATIMA”
