Rude staff and old dried out toppings. All the toppings looked old wrinkled and dried out and the old Spanish lady going to give me an attitude because I told her she needed to throw that old stuff out before they got someone sick!!!! Zero stars is what they really deserve. The older lady needs to be fired I came in on 2-10-25 &12:30pm.

i’ve been too this location a few times during my break, and it’s always the older lady that works during the morning hours, i went in one time and i asked her what kind of meat did they have that’s grilled, she said “it’s on the menu read it” which i thought was super rude but i figured maybe she’s just having a bad day and dropped it, i came in again today, and i asked for muti grain but then changed my mind because i actually wanted to try the bread that has cheese in it, she started rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing about it and got loud with me about the difference and that it’s not the same, obviously i knew that but changed my mind it’s not that big of a deal. it made me feel super uncomfortable!!! she’s super rude and i won’t be coming back to this location again.

Horrible service, unruly staff..! A girl called fatima was working in the store on 27th Oct 2024 (Wednesday) at 8.05pm and I was there to get a subway sandwiches..! She misbehaved - spoke so rudely and at 8.10pm she asked me to leave the store as it will be closing early because there is not many customers as her MANAGER asked to the close and she asked me to leave the store.!. I told her can i wait for my car to come as it was cold outside but she replied no you can’t wait as I have to lock the store from inside..! I ordered a foot long , which is always cut into half and both the halves are packed in seperate sheet of paper, BUT This sandwich was so badly packed and I asked her to pack it in two seperate sheets and she started screaming at me saying you should have told me ..! WELL TEACH YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO PACK SANDWICHES…!
I repeatedly asked for her name BUT she refused and finally gave a name which I think she gave me a wrong name”FATIMA”

I heard that the tuna sandwich is delicious, so I came in today to try something different. You can't see how the food is being prepared because the area containing the meat and cheese is closed off. I didn't give it much attention, but when I informed the employee what I wanted, she let out a big sigh, which I found rude. What surprised me even more, though, was that she added a small amount of tuna to the sandwich. I was baffled. It had the same thin consistency as mayonnaise on a sandwich. I told her if she can pour more she had a little attitude and said "It's extra money." I told her there is hardly any tuna and it's mostly bread. "That's how we make it, and it's extra," she remarked. Although this subway on Touhy Ave is a scam, she did put a lot of tuna in the second time. Given that it wouldn't affect her compensation, I fail to see why she did that. The owner is a con artist. By taking advantage of consumers, they profit. Try this place if you want to be taken advantage of and spend extra money. By the way $6 for extra turkey is insane she only put 4 slices on the Italian sandwich.

Don’t ever order from the app because they WILL NOT READ INSTRUCTIONS and when you tell them it’s wrong they get mad!!

First I want to start off by asking since when did flat bread being toasted get discontinued? I really want someone to reach out to me and explain this because this makes no sense. Why would the employee ask if I want any sandwich toasted and then tell me oh no we don't toast flat bread because it is too thin? I always got my flat bread toasted. The employees were very rude and just telling me they couldn't do it because this is a new rule was unacceptable. Very disappointed with this location. I feel robbed off my money right now!
