First I want to start off by asking since when did flat bread being toasted get discontinued? I really want someone to reach out to me and explain this because this makes no sense. Why would the employee ask if I want any sandwich toasted and then tell me oh no we don't toast flat bread because it is too thin? I always got my flat bread toasted. The employees were very rude and just telling me they couldn't do it because this is a new rule was unacceptable. Very disappointed with this location. I feel robbed off my money right now!

Went to this Subway today and ordered a "Great Garlic" roasted chicken with no bacon. My wife told them no bacon twice, and even the girl that started the sandwich was wearing a hijab, so obviously Muslim and not a bacon user. She seemed to understand, but the other sandwich guy she handed over to decided that we had to have bacon on this sandwich so he added it. We complained, but he looked at us like there was nothing we could do and we stuck with the bacon. When he finally realized he was in the wrong, he removed the bacon on but didn't remake the sandwich,, as if that made all better. Then he put the bacon back into the container for the next customer. Yuck. Finally he realized again how wrong he was and started remaking the sandwich, especially after the other girl prompted him to do so. Overall the sandwich was good, but I'm shocked this Subway employs this person.

I don't know who's running this place but the service here is absolutely horrible. This place closes at 9PM on a Sunday. I came in at around 8:20PM and I was told by the Subway worker I can't eat inside because he wants to mop the floors and go home early. I understand workers at these restaurants work hard and if I came in at 8:55PM/near closing time, I would understand why they would turn be down but 8:20PM?? So to the manager/supervisor, if you'd like your workers to leave sometime earlier/at 8:30PM, please change the hours on Sunday to 8:30PM not 9PM. Thank you.

I went with my friend to gets some subs, the man there was very rudeHe ignored my friend when she went to order first and took a while to attend us.He kept on asking if saying if we wanted specific ingredients despite us saying we didn't want it.Like lettuce, and oil.A lot of the items in the vegetable section looked pale and withered, like they're about to expireThe sandwich was and sweet onion chicken teriyaki but its was okay.I would not recommend this location.
horrible!!!..falsely advertises freshly cut cold cuts...when they are actually cutting the meat in the morning and letting sit all day!...not fresh and not sliced infrint od you like the better competition.

I just came in to order a turkey sandwich. Was eating it in the car, and all of a sudden i feel a crunch, like little pebbles in my mouth, i take the food out of my mouth to find pieces of glass. Pls be aware. Not sure what happened, but the main door glass is covered in wood, so something may have happened where glass shattered everywhere.I told them what happened and they dod not want to look at my evidenceAnyways, just be careful and look at your food.

Asked for a little jalapeños, she proceeded to get a handful and slapped them onto sandwich. Be careful asking for extra dressings...she uses both hands and dumps half the bottle within one stroke... 3 sweeps later, this sandwich is in a pool of mayo.
