We used to visit often this subway however the service always disappoint us and we also request for some options like veggie patties and all. Crew always denies in the way like it’s frost and this comments heard every visit.

I’ve tried many Subway locations, but this one is by far the best! The store is always clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is top-notch. Twinkle was the highlight of my visit—super friendly, fast, and made my sandwich just the way I like it. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location!

Just like others have mentioned, they do not put enough ingredients on the sandwich , especially if you are doing mobile order. Do not waste your money.

The girl was on her phone with her IPods, she wasn’t pay attention to the sandwhich I requested. Don’t understand why now work places let employees use their IPods to be talking on their cell phone.

This location doesn’t give you the normal amount of meat of sub or extra cheese that’s included on the premium sandwiches The workers during the day seem friendly it at night are rude and tried to short change me on cash. There’s too many subway restaurants I’ll avoid this one for sure!

Order Turkey footlong (O# 921BF5C3-F1, 12:35pm). Submitted complaint twice to so call corporate, No response and of course have no entity over franchises. Word here and there goes a long way.

Order to take to work and eat during lunch. Found out no turkey in it. Called the place 847-553-4666 numerously. Only to have it say invalid number.

Took issue to the store the next day, the same person encountered. She recognized the mistake. Asked for some type of credit or redemption. She gave turkey itself, since she stated it was missing. I said really. At least then a sub bread to go with it. The answered was “No”. Didn't have time to argue and asked for management to confront. Had to go to work.

This is absurd, ridiculous and unfound of !!!

Don’t come here!!!! Worst customer service by far!!!!! They couldn’t help at all. I was unable to pick up my order before close and I couldn’t even call because their phone doesn’t even work I came in the next day to see what they could do but the women that was there called the manager and they said they couldn’t do anything and to call the company. They need to do better especially this location.
