I bought a steak torta today and unfortunately I found a live cucaracha ? in the bag. I was very disappointed because I was starving.
called in my order at 9:50 pm on 12/27/20 and let them know that I would pick it up at 10:40pm. I gave them enough time to prepare my order. I went at 10:40pm through the drive thru thinking all pickups are being picked through the drive thru due to Covid 19 pandemic. I waited almost 15 minutes through drive thru ( there were 4 cars ahead of me) and when I got to the window, the guy tells me to go inside. I told him that I'm here to pick up my order which I called at 9:50pm....read full review
