Just came to this place ordered tacos this guy name Jeramie R is nasty with his attitude I said 3 tacos and was trying to charge me for 3 burritos I looked at the order I said why are you charging me for burritos he was so nasty with his answer yelling for no reason I told him if he doesn’t like his job he can easily quit his job so rude this guy does not belong to this place if he stays here every customer will not come back here with his nasty attitude I have never seen gross attitude like his I tried to talk to the manager and one of the employees was nice and told me he was the manager I can’t believe this person can be a manager with his attitude I advice the owner to fire this nasty employee names Jeramie R you don’t belong to this place

Went through the drive through and got a chicken burrito with green salsa on the side. The green salsa tasted like it was old, I threw it all out immediately after trying a bite with it on it. The chicken did not taste like it was cooked all the way. I am not a picky eater but between the old salsa and skeptical chicken, I threw the burrito away. Also, I remember my total being $15 at the drive through window but when I checked my bank account I was charged $17.. I did not authorize tip and was not even given the option to tip. I will not be coming again.

The other day the guy at the window with red hair beard is very disrespectful and has no idea of customer service. Got my order wrong still made me pay for after I pointed it out. Just seems like a miserable dude. Don’t work there if you hate it. I come here all the time and he just didn’t care to adjust it fix it just told me to get lost. Terrible service and if I ever go back and see you red hair ill make sure to tell you.

Horrible! Your expectations should never be high when it comes to TBKs but this place is just wrong. I pass by this place all the time and finally decided to stop by when I saw they had a drive thru. No one answered at the drive thru so I ended up going inside. The person with the headphones that I'm assuming took the drive-thru orders ran away. The Cook had to walk over and take my order! Super nice guy. I was shocked at the amount of food for a $12 plate which should have given me a red flag. The meat was so gross! It tasted old and I would not be surprised if it was expired. I ended up throwing away most of the food to avoid food poisoning.
Genuinely bad tacos three separate times now. Just bad food period.

I've cycled on the North Branch Trail past this place maybe 1000 times... finally decided to stop in, without reading any of the reviews first. After finishing my meal and scrolling through what people have wrote here, I have to say that the worst of it is true. It's extremely mediocre food. Tasteless (even the salsa) and low quality. I don't know how a place like this stays open in a city with such incredible Mexican food like Chicago.

The guy that on the phone on Friday night so bad i ordered from the app.I called and he picked up then hang up on me 3 times. I just try to tell him I have bean allergie .i called again this time he not hang up and he said my food it’s already can’t change anything it’s just been 1-2 minutes after I ordered but when I arrived my order not done yet.it’s mean the guy on the phone just lied to me because he too lazy and mean. The way he talk to me is bad
