A bit disappointed with this location.
It was my first time ordering from this TBK on touhy, I usually order from the Harlem location and I've never had any problem.

I ordered a jr. Steak burrito, and I recieved a ground beef jr. burrito instead. Also it was so greasy, oil leaked through the bag, and the tortilla was soggy and falling apart. :(
Might give them another chance, it could be an off day....

Parking: Bit awkwardly shaped and might be hard to navigate with a larger vehicle, one handicap space available near door, drive thru sort of gets in the way of some parking but there is plenty available if they aren't busy

I ordered some chicken tacos...the chicken was extremely dry and looked like it had been sitting out and was old. I was hungry, so I did unfortunately eat them. Let's just say...less than 48 hours later, I got really sick. Nausea, gastro issues, fever...so I'm pretty sure this establishment gave me food poisoning. I also have been reading some other reviews, and it sounds like I'm not the only one. Eat there at your own risk...I know it's tempting because of the 24-hour drive thru, but whatever sickness I have right now will never be worth it!

Food can be hit or miss. Most recent order had little bits of burned meat scattered through the burrito. They need to stop endlessly reheating/storing the meat on the grill. Other restaurants in the chain have similar/worse issues with the burned meat. So this is a chain wide quality control issue.

It's more of a fast food joint. I ordered an enchilada plate with little green sauce, I received red mole sauce which I detest. I didn't feel too good during the night.

Food is pretty good but could be better. I had the chicken taco dinner but there was lots of cheese on top that gave me gas and the soft shells fell apart. The chicken was not bad and a little bit tender. Overall an authentic place to stop by for a quick bite and the employees were very nice.

This restaurant completely ruined my meal tonight by putting sour cream in everything. $20 down the drain.
