Taco Pros - Mexican Cocina (Niles)

The Marysville Taco Pros is always a great experience. We eat there weekly and we have never had a bad experience. It's the highlight of our week. Food is fresh, not loaded with salt, and the tortilla shells are delicious. Definitely a great addition to Marysville!

Food quality is decent. Forgot the beans on my burrito, which is like one of the only ingredients. So it was basically a tortilla with some lettuce and stuff in it since I didn't get rice.
Last time they forgot salsa. Even though the food is okay, basic order completion issues mean it will likely be a long time before I go for a third try.

Ordered 2 quesadillas: one steak with extra cheese and the other just cheese. Got the order, which was missing 2 lemonades, and the cheese for the quesadilla was actually cooked and burnt to the OUTSIDE of the effing tortilla. get your ish together!!! This is what much daughter had to scrape off the tortilla.

The food was tasty and well-made. A bit more seasoning would make them perfect. Still, worth visiting.

I was there Friday 9pm the cashier was like bad actitud and I couldn't eat my food inside cos she said sorry we close 9 but the do 10pm

We are regular customers, been this location many times. It just we had awful experience with guy who took order from us and identified as store manager. We ordered 2 Veggie Tacos. Upon receiving an order we found a small hair on the food. We kindly showed to guy and all of a sudden he was giving attitude. He offered to make a new one but we refused to eat and ask for refund. Guy initially denied the refund but later refunded on argument. Never going to eat again..!!! Worst customer service and treatment..!!!

Gotta be either Latino or A good looking white man to get a greeting in this place. Tacos were small but ok but the girl at the counter needs customer service training. You greet everyone that comes through the door.

3 across the board. The nachos were good for most part, but steak didn’t taste the most fresh.
Fountain drinks have no carbonation (maybe just today), but the lemonade is good.

The place needs a good wipe down. Most tables are dirty and strong floor cleaning scent.

Other than that, I’ll be back to Taco Pros, just not this location.

You need different employees working the counter. When I ask a simple question I don't need a smartass reply. He was ignorant to the lady behind us too. I'll take my business elsewhere.
