Love all the drinks, egg waffles and the bingsu
We got the flaming hot corn dog, pork & seaweed bubble waffle, cookie butter milk and an herbal tea.
The flaming dog was alright, barely had any flaming dust on it. It was very disappointing.
The cookie butter milk drink was the absolute worst drink I’ve ever gotten at a boba stop. I got no bubbles (by choice), but it was straight up milk with cookie butter smeared on the sides like the cookie butter wasn’t mixed in at all, had no flavor but milk. Also, extremely unhygienic how they just had a jar open on the counter.
The bubble had zero toppings in it. Zero flavor.
The herbal tea was watered down.
The ingredients tasted cheap and were skimped. Won’t be coming here again.
Really good curry golden chicken and corn dog and mochi
the mango mojito is perfect (even with 0% sugar), the only problem is that the staff is just radiating unfriendly vibes. one of girls tossed the straws and didn’t say anything but turn back around and chat with a coworker…?
i said ‘thank you’ to another girl that was restocking straws and she didn’t say a single thing… yall gotta fix that customer service tbh. i get u guys aren’t starbucks quality customer service, but it just feels unwelcoming when the staff look like they don’t want to be there, just a thought. 🤷♀️
Great consistency, quick service
The food was OK. I recommend coming here for the drinks. Make sure to ask for no rinds as it makes the drink bitter other than that was not a bad experience
Had a really bad experience, I won't go into details but ya know what the owner really made up for it so they deserve this updated review. They are amazing and I love boba so much, I tell my friends about this place all the time! If you want boba and amazing service this is the place.
Tsaocaa is a bubble-tea haven that punches way above its strip-mall weight and easily snagging four enthusiastic stars for nailing the details that matter most in this game. The tea base is legitimately brewed, fragrant, and adjustable from 0 to 100 % sweetness without ever tasting like syrup water; the brown sugar milk with fresh milk and chewy hand-torched boba is straight-up addictive, late-night craving material, and the fruit teas burst with real chunks of mango, passionfruit, or strawberry that make every sip feel like summer in a cup. Tapioca is cooked to that perfect bouncy-al-dente sweet spot, toppings are generous, and the Korean corn dogs and crispy chicken sandwiches are shockingly good bonus eats when you need something savory. It drops that final star only because the tiny space gets chaotic fast and the ordering kiosk can feel like a battle, but for fresh, flavorful boba that never disappoints at prices that won’t hurt your wallet, Tsaocaa is pretty much the daily go-to.
Nice, cutesy decor, helpful and friendly staff, and a menu with a variety of drinks featuring authentic tea flavors.
Amazing!

honestly, some of the most disgusting and worst bubble tea I've had in my life. and I have had plenty of bubble tea across Asia and California, this one we couldn't even finish it and had to put it down the toilet.
the service was fine and the prices seemed fair otherwise
Your employers doesn’t care about costumers, worst customer service. I ordered by phone 15 min before close time and i was ready give my card information to make a payment, I arrived 2 min after close and order wasn’t ready and she just told me that they doesn’t have boba, but on the phone I made point on boba’s. She just was ignoring me and continued close the shop. I drove from Chicago just to get worse costumer service . And why she couldn’t tell me by the phone that they doesn’t have bobas and can’t make my order and I don’t need to drive, they don’t have basic and minimum respectful costumer service
I came here for the first time bc I always go to Hmart and surrounding boba places. I got a blueberry smoothie but sadly it wasn’t smooth at all. I got chunks of ice I had to chew with every drink, and hard to chew blueberry pieces. I’m sure they use frozen blueberries but why was it blended so badly? It wasn’t really busy either. I don’t understand, and was really sad as I loved the flavor. It was just not a nice drinking experience when you want a smoothie that’s “smooth” and delicious.
They make a pretty good grapefruit tea
I had a great experience near closing, thanks to Jayden who helped me with my order!
