I wasn’t sure what to order, so I went with the sugar milk tea. Unfortunately, the cashier was very rude and kept smirking the entire time. She didn’t even secure the lid properly, and the tea spilled all over my seat. The drink was okay, but the service was definitely not.

I’ve been on the hunt for the best jasmine tea in the suburbs and out of 4 tea shops this was by far the most disappointing. There was absolutely no floral flavor of jasmine and the tea taste, bitter and burnt. The cheese foam topping was probably a quarter inch thick and very thin, adding no taste to the drink. At a price point of almost 8 dollars it was extremely disappointing.

I love this place! Staff very friendly! Drinks were made very fast and were so delicious! 10/10 would recommend !

Ordered Bingsu before 10pm and they close at 11pm. payment went through and waited for 15 minutes. After that time I went to the front and 5 workers just walking past me and not acknowledging me. Once i asked about my order, i was told they already closed their bingsu. Very poor crew working tonight.

We dined in here and ordered some chicken wings with fries along with a boba. Food was reasonably priced but we did have to wait a while after they told us our order was ready. Overall boba was good and would recommend the food as well :)

Such great and friendly service!! We came right before they close and the staff were still so kinda and patient with us!! If it weren’t far from where I live I would go often!!

The bubble tea was really good. The takoyaki was really good; however, the corndogs were just okay. The Doritos on one corndog were a bit stale. The place is small but the music was nice. Also the 2 touchscreen ordering kiosks worked well. I’ll definitely be back for the bubble tea.

I have purchased tea from Tsaocaa Bubble twice. I absolutely am smitten with their tea! I’ve had the Snowy Rose milk green tea and one of the green teas whose name I cannot pronounce, and one that aids my stomach. They are all top quality. I can highly recommend!

Mango bingsu- shave ice ?

2022:
Grand opening ? our new fav place! ?

The peach fruit milk tea even without sugar was amazing with the fruit topping and crystal jellies.

The peach oolong tea is different milk tea. No fruit topping so sweetness is necessary albeit at 30% is sufficient.

Osmanthus milk tea also stellar

Rose oolong’s tea flavor is awesome.

The king of oolong was pretty yum

The brown sugar was quite sweet but gorgeous to behold.

The wings are perfectly crispy and the soy garlic minus the sugar of BonChon but the coating is yum. The secret sauce is a bit more tangier. The garlic soy is literal. ? Hard to go wrong with the well fried and better quality of wings than most places.

Popcorn chicken is the middle between Taiwan night market light potato starched and the panko crust of Americanized versions. The seasoning can be uneven at times. A bit pricey at $11.95 for a snack but if you go at opening the oil is fresher so it is better crisp .

Egg waffle: they got the batter formula right, now the temperature control can be tricky. We prefer crisper texture but the sweetness of the original was pretty perfect.

The pink velvet waffle is a bit sweeter and tastier ?

Well done ?

Never had a bad experience so far. Boba is always good. I usually order for pick up and it’s ready even when it’s busy. Pretty good menu options and flavors. Usually end up coming back here.
