Inexperienced part time employees don't know what to do when the problem happens. Door dash took over an hour and couldn't make delivery. I wanted to cancel the order but they said drinks are ready so they can't refund. They insist that they only make bubble teas and I need to talk to door dash when customer has problems. I went to pick up the drinks but they said they don't have drinks anymore. They asked me to pay again for my drinks. I lost my drinks and money. They got paid but I didn't get my drinks. Keep telling me to call door dash. Maybe their boss is working for door dash. The manager girl doesn't know how to manage the store at all. They were so amateur to do local business. I strongly recommend not to go there. I hope this review can change their customer service for their royalty customers as well.

Pretty great boba spot with a lot options outside of just ordering boba.Friendly service and staff. Can be slow when its busy but thats to be expected.I order Brown Sugar Milk black tea with oreo and milk foam and it was fantastic.

The guy at the register told me to look at the tablet near the front of door rather than guide me through their extensive menu. This is my go-to boba spot in Niles. It's situated in the same plaza as Hmart, which is very convenient to stop by before or after grocery shopping. Plenty of parking space. Their drinks are always on point, consistently good! Their fruit teas are one of the best. My favorite is the very mango drink with pomelo. It's so refreshing! Their service is fast even though they're always busy. Bright room with plenty of table and seating space. Highly recommend

Place is good but pricey. After a tip it comes out to $8. If it was a dollar+ less I would come here more often. Not sure if I can justify this price. Shared Tea is going to be opening up in Morton Grove soon and you bet I will switch sides if it's more affordable.

Very cute lil store it smelt wonderful. They serve all the fun boba drinks and they have wings too. I wish i could of tried the food but i was there so my daughter could try the boba. She got a lechi milk tea with brown sugar cubes added. It was yummy she loved it. I will definitely go again , im currently sitting in the lobby now eating with my daughter. We had to come back. So we had to try the wings and they are EVERYTHING a wing should be hot, crispy, nice size and full of flavor. This time i got my self a drink too. The owner said all their drinks arr dairy free and that made me so happy. We got two drinks, honey garlic wings and crab Rangoon. Im a fan of this place you gotta come try it
