This is my new barbecue go-to in Niles. I live close to here, and it is so easy to just come over and have a drink. They host some events, including live music and a book fair. It is a great place to have a party, and just plain have fun. I personally recommend the brisket. The fries here are something to crave. It is in kind of an industrial area. But the brewery has an industrial vibe. I totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a bar/bbq kind of place.

Amazing brewery with very good food. Located nearish O'Hare. Lots of seating, beer, and food options. Nice outdoor space. Parking could get tricky.

Always a good time. The beer is good. The food is amazing. The staff are just the best

We had a great meal at Une Année Brewery. The food was solid all around, and the atmosphere was laid-back and fun.

Burgers were flavorful and cooked well—juicy without being too messy, and the toppings were fresh and well balanced.

The salad was a nice surprise—really fresh and a good size. It worked well as a lighter option alongside everything else.

Ribs were the highlight. Super tender and full of flavor, with a smoky, slightly sweet rub. Definitely something we’d get again.

Good beer selection too, and the staff was friendly. A great spot if you’re looking for a casual night with good food and drinks.

Attended a terrific adult birthday party there. Grade = A+

Best sours that I’ve had in Illinois. Maybe the best stouts minus a few special releases. Great vibes.

My family and I have visit this place at least a half dozen times now. Our last visit on Saturday is going to be the last. The beer is mediocre and the food is decent. However my main gripe with this place is the service.

The staff is really unpleasant to deal with. They’re either really awkward or just straight up anti-social. There’s an online ordering system, which I kind of hate, but it’s the saving grace because I wouldn’t trust anyone that works there to take my order.

This past Saturday, my wife and I sat down at the bar and the bartender promptly told us that their was an order of Mac and cheese coming to that spot so we should tell the staff who brings it out that it is not for us but for someone named John (but it’s actually for her). A bit strange but whatever. This order shows up and we told the staff member serving it that it’s for the bartender who immediately reprimanded us and told us that “we should not have done that.” Apparently she wasn’t supposed to be ordering food during her shift…

This is just the most recent bizarre staff related occurrence of many over the times we have visited. That was the straw that broke the camels back for us. The food doesn’t justify the poor service.

My best recommendations are that they drop the whole online ordering system and hiring an actual wait staff that has experience. Literally clean house. Also the place is very sterile looking. It’s like hanging out in the cafeteria at a college or some kind of corporate office.

I hope this is considered being that the place has much potential and fills a niche for the area.

The burned ends are to die for. Best dish by far

I know you already have so many 5 star reviews, but I have to add my 5 star review. First of all, your bartender is amazing, so helpful and personable. Second, your food is delicious! The ribs were so tender and the fries so crispy. Burnt ends were also perfect. What a great dinner experience. We will be back for sure!

A place for carnivores - good beer selection, the way you place an order is kind of awkward…out of the norm perhaps. Did I mention food is good and good beer selection ? We will come back to this place !!

Hubbards Cave is awesome! Lots of beers on tap and good food. All the ordering is done through a QR code on your phone. Big outside area to eat with many picnic tables and tents. Ordered a bunch of different flights of beer. They have IPA flights, light beer flights, sour beer flights, Stout flights and more. Ordered the chicken sandwich, chicken wings, brisket sliders, french fries, cole slaw, and comes with pickles. I am a big sauce guy and love dipping my food in sauces. I loved seeing on the menu; how they had many different sauces which I ordered them all. I had a great time. If order 4 packs of beer; need to come up at the end to get your order.

Hands down one of my favorite places to go whether it is date night, with the family and kids or a group of girlfriends. The food is delicious, definitely try any of the BBQ and my lobster roll had fat chunks of real lobster and not just the shredded type. The draft flights are pretty significant servings and tasty, as well.

The space is just gorgeous. The outside patio has the twinkly lights and you feel like you're in someone's home and not a restaurant. Indoors, the space is so open. You can see into the kitchen, you're right there by the large brewery vats. The space is pretty big and can fit groups
of 16 easily. My family and I did our annual gathering here last year with 18 adults and really loved being back in the "barrel room". Indoors, there are booths, standard tables, high top tables and seating at the bar. Looking forward to our next gathering at Une Annee! Maybe Monday night trivia night?

Just discovered this spot and I love it! Food is fantastic, really nice selection of beers, with an extensive selection of barrel aged drafts. I wish they had a Belgian strong ale that was less than 11%, but that one was delicious despite the strength. Will 100% return.
