I was visiting a friend in Chicago and we made the trek out to Une Annee/Hubbards Cave. It's a beautiful brewery with a large outside and inside area. Outside was a little weird, there were a ton of tables open but we weren't allowed to sit outside because they were all reserved. They have QR codes at the table that you order from, food and drinks and then they bring it over to you. We got the sandwich special and two of us shared it, I'm glad we opted to because it was huge! It was very good too, I wish I could remember what it was called. As for beer, we each got a flight and shared. I did not like that the flights were predetermined, it was frustrating that I couldn't choose my own. I'm glad that we got to visit and try some beers that we can't normally get at home (Florida!)

The service was great, the food a tad off. Pickles and Cole slaw sour, the cheddar role too peppery. The burger was great, and the brisket as fine, as good as our previous take out. The outdoor seating is generally pleasant, tho a bit hard to walk on the grass around the tree where our table was located. Clearly from the wear and tear out there they get a lot of folks dining outside. The flowers were nice and the mural delightful.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday with a friend who's been here many times before. She absolutely raves about it. It is a bit challenging to find so luckily my friend knew exactly where it was as well as what parking was applicable for this place. It seems like parking is limited in the parking lot that we were in which is adjacent to the space itself but there may be more parking around that I am not aware of. This place was built with Covid in mind which was fantastic. There's an outdoor space and even the indoor space is very airy and open. menus are all done through the QR code no real human interaction needed other than when drinks and food are brought to the table. The food choices are a southern barbecue influence that meets bar and or pub food. The prices are OK the menu choices are a little limited and the portions are OK as well. What threw me off was definitely the order of the biscuit which literally was one biscuit. The alcohol choices are incredible with some thing for everybody. I would definitely come back here and try out more and perhaps other items on the menu were a far bit more tasty.

Another hidden gem in Niles. The name may throw you off, but this is a must try. They have a great variety of beers and service has always been been great. If you want to eat as well and not only drink the food is very good as well.

Excellent atmosphere and great wait staff. The pulled pork nachos are very good and the best thing in the menu.

This restaurant was excellent. The outdoor beer garden was an excellent place to hang out with my kids and friends. The drinks were very unique and fun to try. I loved the ordering system with the QR code and mobile ordering. We just kept adding things to our tab and things would be delivered to our table in a few min.

Tucked in an industrial area, is the brewery. The entrance is a bit confusing, since it is in the back, but there are signs. Parking is limited, but were fortunate to find parking right away. We were so surprised when we walked in the back , to find a large outdoor seating area, with a stage and games. The garden is nicely decorated with tent coverings and lights. I did read Yelp reviews prior to arriving and read you must check in before sitting, and there were signs. We checked and a lovely server explained to us the ordering process and was so welcoming. The picnic tables were reserved, even though empty at the time, but we easily found a table . There is a QR code on the table and you place your order, and servers bring it to your table. My husband tried the sour flight and I have a cider. They only had one cider option. My husband enjoyed the flight and ordered some beer to take home. The cider was ok, but not one of my favorites. For food, I had the pulled pork in a sweet potato, accompanied with slaw and pickles. The combination of sweet potato and pork was so filling, and so good. The sweetness of the potato accompanied with BBQ was a winning combination. There are not many BBQ places in the suburbs and the BBQ was fantastic. My husband had the smash burger. It was pretty large and was juicy. He would have preferred some onions with it, but smash burgers generally do not. All of the servers were extremely nice and friendly. The entire experience was a pleasant surprise .

Hidden gem in Skokie. The view from the street is completely misleading-looks like a store. The quiet canopy tented back yard welcomes dogs, has baggo games and a stage for live music. Comfort food for foodies. The traditional dishes and the brews all have a taste and an ingredient or two that you've not experienced anywhere else. Worth a try, and though I really didn't care for the supposed peach flavored brew (Waaaaayyyyyyy tooo tart) I know I'm going back again.

My first time here, I had some ladies from work gather for my Birthday and we Absolutely LOVED Une Année Brewery!! Patio seating is absolutely beautiful, service is top notch! And the food is so delicious. 12 of us loved this place and will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable too.

Hard to find and parking is limited. We tried to go here before during winter, but we could not figure out where the entrance is. This summer, we tried it again, the entrance is in the back!! They have beautiful outdoor seating, BUT reservations are required(?!!?!). My husband and I were lucky to get seating for two. Their tables are shared tables, the community type. There were lots of little kids and dogs. Ordering was easy through the QR code. Service was okay. We tried the beers. We didn't try the food. We might come back here next time since they are open late.

Oh hell yeah. It's like being little and seeing the underwear ads in the Sears catalog - that kinda thrill, titillation. This is not a tourist trap, not a foo-foo joint. It's probably the worlds best beer at the source and it is coupled with a no b******* BBQ pairing. Folks are kind and engaged. Live music - a slide guitar player that just knocked the ball out of the park with traditional Segovia flamenco. No flash, no attitude, just put f****** execution. Why do I have to travel thousands of miles for such basic things done well?

Dog friendly brewery with an outdoor patio in the grass filled back and a built stage for performances. Gorgeous string lights illuminate the patio while you enjoy their multitude of craft beer selection that constantly changes. They also have a kitchen that serves up delectable BBQ to pair with your drink and/or just to fulfill that craving. There is a limited parking lot along the side of the building that leads to the back patio. If you're unable to grab a spot in that area, there are a couple more in the front that faces the main street. Good for groups and there are trivia nights and live music during some days of the week. Contactless payment via QR codes on the tables and orders come quick! They do offer a membership if you're a big fan of their beers. More info on their website

I have been a fan of this brewery since their days of being located in a strip mall. (Which at one time a vehicle [a van if my memory serves me] did crash through their front window. Finally I made it to the new location (behind that infamous leaning tower YMCA). Note to self: bring a bigger appetite next time - I need to try those pickle brined wings.... But the chili dog got a thumbs up from the Sonic the Hedgehog fan (oh yeah, they have always been kid friendly). The hubs enjoyed his burnt ends (but was a little sad that the cole slaw cup was not filled to the top). The big pretzel gets a 9.5 on my big pretzel scale the size is impressive and the shape insures a nice balance of crips and soft chew and bonus on what must be a housemate cheese sauce. If you are dining light the salad is massive and was enough for 2 meals. I also loved my Grand Monde flight and it is a must for any sour beer enthusiast. The LGM 2022 is the perfect summer fit with pineapple, mango, passion fruit and guava... makes we wish they had a pool there too. Indoor and outdoor seating, I recommend you make a reservation if you go on a weekend or nice day.

I wanted to like and support this place so bad. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The food was very mediocre and the prices were high for the quality. The Mac and cheese was delicious, but $14 for a serving size that was pretty laughable. The nachos were pretty sad and again, the price for what you got was just ridiculous. The pickles and cole slaw both tasted very strange and nobody liked them. The sauce was not memorable, nor were the chicken wings. Very disappointed by the overall meal. The service was friendly and prompt, and the setting was lovely though.

Their line up of beers alone would make me come back. The first time I came here, I also tried their food. I promised myself to come back after that. The next time I was here, my friends and I participated in Trivia Night (Monday nights) which was a lot of fun. Each table had a QR Code which was used for browsing the menu, placing your order, and paying the bill. For a couple of my friends who were slightly challenged in navigating the whole process of using the cellphone and QR code, a paper menu and old school paying the tab would be helpful as well. Once we submitted our orders, the beers came immediately and the food did not take too long to be served. I tried the pale ale and a Fresh Hazy IPA. I liked them both very much. Foodwise, these were the dishes that I've tried: CAVE MONSTER AND FRITES- Order this! You will not regret it. It will be messy but they will give you a lot of napkins for this dish. PULLED PORK OVER MAC- Outstanding. I did not use the bbq sauce on the pulled pork and it was still delicious on its own. The macaroni was gooey cheesy. GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH-This was just ok, the chicken was a little dry. The fries were good though. PULLED PORK OVER SMOKED SWEET POTATO - I loved the smokiness of the sweet potato and the pulled pork was tender and tasty. Service was excellent both times I've been here. Every single team member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I enjoyed the indoor seating because it was still cold the time I came but I am looking forward to enjoying their huge outdoor space too. Trivia Nights on Mondays, Live music on Sundays and Wednesdays, plus they have Happy Hour M,W,F. Cheers! I shall return.
