Wide selection of filipino inspired flavors, like ube, pandan, and sapin-sapin. The ube tiramisu flavor I got was pretty bitter from the cookies and made it unenjoyable. Other than that, the other flavors we got that day were great.
We have been coming to Village Creamery for 25+ years, for iced halo-halo and ube ice cream. We were disappointed that they no longer carry shaved ice halo-halo, only serving creamy halo-halo. The creamy halo-halo is milked based and very tasty, but not the same satisfaction as the shaved ice halo-halo. And for me, who is lactose intolerant, a milk based creamy halo-halo doesn’t work, causing unpleasant stomach symptoms. Please bring back the shaved ice halo-halo. Thank you!
Super delicious ice cream and sorbet. It’s hard to find good Asian flavors outside of a market and these hit the spot. Highly recommend the pandan ice cream and pomelo sorbet. Will definitely be back.
