I ordered my daughter's first birthday cake and matching smash cake through the online site two weeks in advance of the party. Sent my husband there the morning of to pick them up at the scheduled time and they had zero record of the order and could not make it in time for the party. Very disappointing, especially with something as sentimental as a first birthday cake. My husband had to just take a ready made cake. There wasn't even staff available with the talent to write \\\"happy first birthday\\\" on it so we just had a plain, generic cake. We will never order through Walmart bakery again.

I really enjoy walking through Walmart Supercenter and looking at all the great merchandise trying to find the best deals and specials on products to get for me and my love one's of my life I really do enjoy that the store is kept extremely clean and is very well stocked with the newest products and merchandise available with lowered prices on the close-out specials that are available the staff are extremely friendly and extremely helpful as they are trained to answer your questions about most common products and services that are available to there guests.

Thanks for nothing! I should have never ordered. I should have seen the signs. When I went in to order the cake 2 weeks in advance I had to wait for the employee to finish marking down items before she took my order. She spelled my name wrong and was crossing stuff out but in the end all the info was there. 5 hours before picking up the cake I get a call saying they don't have the design I selected. I ordered 2 weeks ahead and get a call the day of saying they are ruining part of my sons party. Unreal! I won't make the mistake of trusting Walmart again. So unprofessional. What a disappointment. This was a call I should have gotten at least a day before. PS I hate even giving you 1 star. You don't deserve it since I got nothing out of this and there was nothing to judge.

They did not have the design I wanted. So I chose an alternate. The baker insisted on the cake style and tried to chose the color. She was kind of forceful. Then I called 2 hours prior to my pick up time to see if the cake was ready and the baker said, "No cake not ready. Pick up at 10 but can you come a little later." So, ultimately I had to call them to see that my alternate cake was delayed. They need a whole NEW BAKER!
