Asked at the window if I can add an order of chicken nuggets to the order and they said I had to go around again. They just lost business. Very slow in drive through as well. Manager wasn’t very pleasant and rude.

I wish I could have given zero but no option available, if they can’t handle customers then shut it down, so disrespectful people working behind the counter specially the lady who thanking orders have no respect for any customers, the management should send her to get some lessons that what is customer service if you can’t do it then do something else NOT a place for you to work. Management should take it serious as your business is running because of customers.

It is not possible to allow this type of place where one comes to eat and to allow animals to enter. It was a terrible and disgusting experience. The dog was drooling on the table. I hope the owner does something. For now, he lost several customers who were there, very angry.

I’m writing this while I am outside the restaurant at 11:25pm. Everything is closed and everyone is closing up even tho the hours online say the drive thru is open till 1am and the hours on the door say the drive thru is open till 1am. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION.

The service and smile for the one special lady at the window changed everything. She was polite and happy which you don't find much at fast food places, I wish I would've gotten her name but she honestly made my day! She was patient and attentive she never lost that smile the whole entire time and I see her all the time just doing her best service EVERYTIME! Very bad service i repeated my order 3 times drive through and then when we went home, there was already a sandwich missing, but that's not the problem. Things happen when I called. Whoever the lady answered me. She was very rude, disrespectful, and hang up the phone.In my face
