Let me just say the guy working tonight is such a doll! AJ, he was professional and polite and so sweet. I hardly run into that at other Wendy's. Hot fresh food he made sure our order was correct as well. Thanks AJ. Merry Christmas

This place went down hill big time after the Pandemic. Rude staff especially the Black, female I think, kinda tall. Incompetent and unprofessional. She claimed to be the Manager. Food was cold after waiting 25 minutes in the Drive-thru. Initially were told while ordering it would be a few minutes. It was only 11pm. Save yourself and go down the street to the one on Dempster.

We had Shane immediately greet us and let us know he'd be with us shortly. He collected our order and the food was served quickly. I was impressed that during the down time, Shane cleaned all the surfaces and greeted customers and incoming staff. He definitely helps elevate the fast food experience!

When you got to have a bowl of Chili, Wendy's to the rescue. On my potato yes please. On my salad why not? The Baconator is waiting if you skipped lunch & you need to knock out your hunger. This establishment is clean well maintained with plenty of parking. Access parking clearly marked near entrance. The Big Dave's double is what I take when I go fishing. The frosty is always a treat & I was really enjoying those seasonal flavors, it's nice to try something new. The biggie bag is a real deal. It's the only time I don't mind sharing my chicken nuggets, when I'm eating the Crispy Chicken, like in line for a playoff game. Enjoy your visit.

Wendy’s is a good place for the family to visit and have some French fries, milk shakes and in my opinion children love this place very much as they have options to choose. So, give it a try once.

Poor customer service from the night crew in particular a bigger size women who had her edges done and was working the drive through this was around 9:40pm and she had a very crappy attitude. I never had a bad experience until my encounter. I wouldn’t have made this review if it wasn’t for the mistake she made on giving me the wrong sauces and the cold fries and nuggets..not only did she have an attitude but also messed my order up my wife is pregnant and now I have to hear my wife be upset because someone wanna have an attitude and give me cold food.
The nicest staff especially the lady at the drive-thru window who we had a nice fun conversation with about her car. So polite. So friendly and one of the nicest experiences I've had at a Wendy's ever

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes the food is warm and fresh and sometimes the food is old and stale. Sometimes you get good customer service sometimes the service and sometimes you get horrible service and a staff need to be retrained. And sometimes they get your order correct and sometimes it's a surprise because it's definitely not what you've asked/ paid for.
