Wingstop count your days with these micro wings you gave me then they are really dry an the lemon pepper only on a few wings n looks like those 3 wings got dipped in the lemon pepper while the rest don’t even got no lemon pepper!!!

I found wingstop amazing in all the details. I enjoyed my stay with my friends and the funny cashier helped with that. He managed to make our stay a lot better and we would have tipped if we could. The whole place was clean and quiet. Even the bathrooms. The bathrooms I would rate a 4/5 only because it’s a public restroom and you never know what could be anywhere in the bathroom and even the restaurant. The food was so amazing that I had to hit a little fancy dance? I ❤️ wingstop! 1 more thing, I highly suggest the boneless lemon pepper chicken and make sure to get some extra ranch for everyone!Parking: The parking was pretty decent for a smaller restaurant in a mini plaza.Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness comes in the food, the friendliness of the cashier and the environment.
I call this location "The Good WingStop," though it's only because I haven't really had good experiences at other WingStops in the area (though I've had a few in Orlando). I've had three orders filled here, and they were all prepared well and the order was correct. The location is clean, there's a decent amount of parking, and the crew were pretty friendly. Unfortunately, none of my orders were ready on time (avg. 10 ~ 12 minutes wait). In fairness, each time was a little bit after the dinner rush, and I could tell the kitchen crew were still catching up. It was a bit of a nuisance as I was on a little bit of a tight schedule, but this location is still the best WingStop I've been to in the area (compared to Wheeling, Prospect Heights, North Chicago, and the one between Oswego and Aurora). I kind of wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I have to adjust because there are so many other really good wing and chicken sandwich places within a mile like Kickin' Burgers & Wings, Nash Bros. Hot Chicken, Chaser's Bar, etc.. Maybe I'll try again sometime later, because I really love their Mango Habanero and Spicy Korean Q sauces. If they ever bring back their Serrano Pepper sauce, this is the closest store I'd come back to.

Don't order the chicken sandwiches the commercials and flyers show the chicken sticking out of the bun so i bought it well the chicken was smaller than the bun nothing like the advertisement never again !!

Very bad experience and the stuff super rude I ordered 50 wings online and when I went ti pick it up they only gave me 1 small ranch and when I told them they said it only comes with 1 we have to charge you if you want more . how do you give someone 50 pieces of wings and a very small portion of ranch and the guys at the cashier kept arguing with me

Never again! Horrible staff and manager. Terrible customer service. They screw up our order, charged us, gave the food to other customer and blamed their fault to us. They never gave us a refund or even work with us to make things right. It was my daughter's money and it was a hard earned money.

Ordered delivery, however when the status of the order changed to delivered but the food was no where to be found, we had to call the store.When I explained that our order was not delivered, they told us we had to call door dash. No where did it say they were delivering through door dash nor did it have any information where to call door dash. Customer service was horrible and the bank had to reverse the transaction.Way to lose customers…
