I had a really frustrating experience at Wingstop on September 25th, around 9–10 PM, and I feel like it needs to be shared.
I placed an online order ahead of time, thinking it would be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 20+ minutes after my scheduled pickup time. The staff barely acknowledged anyone at the counter, didn’t offer any updates, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. No greeting, no apology, nothing.
I get that it might’ve been a busy night, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like they’re an inconvenience. A simple apology or update would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not in a rush to come back to this location.

I live in Skokie a few blocks away from the Wingstop on Skokie blvd. They are horrible with customer service. I rather do with this location. It’s worth it when it comes to customer service quality.
Placed an order at 4:40 online supposed to be done at 5:10 had to wait another 15 minutes

The young man at the cashier was quick but also polite with my order which made it faster and easier and the food is always a hit or miss but at this location it HITS!

It's messy and the parking lot is busy AF but the food is Wingstop quality and it was ready on time with the proper amount of interaction necessary by the employee on duty. I can't ask for more.
Parking: Hard to get in and out of the mall parking lot during a weekday evening at least. If you're leaving and turning left on Golf you can probably cut the line because everyone seems to be heading right (West) which you can't tell when leaving the Wingstop section of the parking lot. Check it out or you might be there for days.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always eating here.

So bad! I came in and ordered, I asked to use the washroom but was not allowed to because they cleaned the floor 30 minutes before closing. The server was rude and would not let me use the bathroom. I will never be back. I’m sure the food will be bad as well as the kitchen employees were out in the lobby area. AWFUL!! I had to come back and add that the counter person was able to give her “friend” food before me as well. “Thank you babe” we’re his words. There are amateurs working a franchise. I’ll visit BWW, thanks.
