It's messy and the parking lot is busy AF but the food is Wingstop quality and it was ready on time with the proper amount of interaction necessary by the employee on duty. I can't ask for more.
Parking: Hard to get in and out of the mall parking lot during a weekday evening at least. If you're leaving and turning left on Golf you can probably cut the line because everyone seems to be heading right (West) which you can't tell when leaving the Wingstop section of the parking lot. Check it out or you might be there for days.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always eating here.

So bad! I came in and ordered, I asked to use the washroom but was not allowed to because they cleaned the floor 30 minutes before closing. The server was rude and would not let me use the bathroom. I will never be back. I’m sure the food will be bad as well as the kitchen employees were out in the lobby area. AWFUL!! I had to come back and add that the counter person was able to give her “friend” food before me as well. “Thank you babe” we’re his words. There are amateurs working a franchise. I’ll visit BWW, thanks.

Ordered here online by accident I called right to cancel, they refused to cancel even tho they knew I was far to pick up. I told them I would dispute with my bank and they hurried to process charge and refunded me half of my total. Will never order from here! They kept my food and half my $$ other wingstops are polite and will refund you if you’re ordered at the wrong location. They can keep their food and half of my $$ but they lost a customer for good.

This place is terribly understaffed , came in for lunch twice one time ordered to take out an hour before pick up and my order wasn’t ready. Before that waited 30 mins because they were so backed up since they had no help.

Matthew was energetic and super engaging with every guest. Super confident and inviting demeanor in a fast paced environment. The food is great as always, but Matthew’s service was what made the trip better!
