Our waitress, Seirra, was amazing. It was her first night ever working there & she was a solo waitress & bartender. She handled it very well. Our food, however, left MUCH to be desired. Both steaks were incorrect & cold. The veggies were lukewarm & unseasoned. The onion rings still had all of the skins fried with them. On top of that, there were four tables total, ours being the biggest with five orders & we waited over an hour and a half to get our food. When we left, two tables were still waiting on their food. The food was subpar at best.

I found a hair in my chicken wing, asked for buffalo but they brought me out a white alfredo like sauce on my wings. Asked for bone in but was brought cold boneless wings after waiting over an hour for my food. I used to love this place but I will never be coming back.

Food was questionable and they were out of all steaks except one type. They also didn't have pizza because they didn't have a pizza cook. It was a Friday night and we came for pizza. The Ketchup was either expired or refilled in a dirty old Ketchup bottle. The bathroom was very gross and the toilet seats desperately needed cleaned or replaced. The bathroom sink had hair and dirt on it too. We were the only people in the building from 4:45-5:45 besides one takeout order. I am sad to write this review because it was one of the best places to go during my childhood.

After taking my 3 children here for what was supposed to be a good time not only did our waiter only come to our table once but she also waited for when we were done eatting to tell us they could only do cash only that there card machines have been down.. So not only did we get poor service I also had to get up go all the way into town to an atm go all the way back and was still expected to pay full price for there mistake. Also they didn’t have it posted anywhere that the card machines were down, they also had no dinner rolls out and were out of most of the drinks we asked for. So happy Sunday we won’t be going back!

Stopped in to get a quick meal. #1 they waitress didn't know what beer they had. #2 they didn't have Budweiser Beer or any Miller High Life #3 I got a half order of Ravioli. The ravioli was hard. The meat sauce was very dark in color and was horrible. #4 prices on the menu are ridiculously expensive. #5 altogether for a Bourbon and Coke, Iced Tea, and Half order of Ravioli was $18.49!!! It absolutely was NOT worth $18.49!! Years ago the food was amazing and it was ALWAYS packed with people. This is so sad to see a lifelong family business falling apart due to poor food quality and the presence of the restaurant outside. When we walked up to the door going into the restaurant/bar area, it smells musty and there's a BUTT CAN right by the door. Last but not least is.... #6 we were the only 2 customers in there and the annoyances of the loud TV AND MUSIC WAS ABSURD. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went to Picco’s for the first time Thursday evening the 4th of January 2924.. We were the only customers there. It was very cold as though no heat was on.I ordered a tenderloin. When the waitress brought my plate and set it in front of me there was a faint odor, as I cut into it the oder became stronger, I assumed it was a spice odor till I took a small (thank goodness) bite and found the meat was spoiled. The waitress took the tenderloin to the kitchen and I ordered a hamburger. The other diners I was with were wrapping up their meal before I got my burger.A very sad experience, we will not return.

We had the Sunday buffet. The catfish fingers were perfect. Mashed potatoes and noodles were good also. Baked beans were excellent.

I first came here as a kid with my grandfather & grandmother when it opened (they were residents of Norris). Here I am now at age 52 & when I visit back home its still a place I go every time! The food tatse the same as it did back then…good as always! I love that this place is still in business and is thriving! I always get nostalgic when I enter! The family owned business is as welcoming as ever! I love Picco’s! ❤️
