I went through the drive through and ordered some donuts. the cashier at the window handed me my donuts and upon getting my receipt, I happened to notice their thumb was bleeding. It also got on the bag. I was so grossed out I threw the whole thing away and had to sanitize the car and my card. Not saying this to slander this place but so that people can be aware and safe. I hope the staff can review proper dealing of open wounds when handling food.

Jus got back from the Dunkin on Randall next to Casey’s and they suck I came home and tried to drink my matcha but nothing would come out IT WAS ALL FILLED WITH ICE took all the ice out and only had this left for a 7 or 8$ like cmon on

Every time I go to Dunkin, I always order a chocolate long john and a medium iced pecan butter latte with oat milk. I’ve given this location so many chances since it’s close to my house, but it consistently disappoints. I finally went to a different Dunkin and tried the White Chocolate Toasted Latte with oat milk, and wow what a difference in both quality and price.
Unfortunately, I probably won’t be returning to my usual location. No matter what kind of drink I order there, it always tastes the same, and you can’t taste the flavor at all.

Was just there like maybe 20 minutes ago at this location and this sweet elderly lady took my order. She seemed to have sooo much trouble using the register and would continuously ask the other two girls working there for help and they would make faces at her …ignore her and seemed annoyed with her. I was disgusted and upset at how these two women were treating this woman, that was totally not cool. It wasn’t even busy so one of them could have helped her take the order correctly but no. As soon as I walked out one the girls proceeded to go out for a smoke break. Like you clearly had the time to help the lady but chose not to! Unbelievable.

I came to this location about 2 weeks ago with my school to pick up my mobile order. On my phone it said order placed and the money came out my account, but I never recieved my order. I asked the employee at the front but then i guess the manager butted in to tell me there was nothing we could do about it and had me order again. I never recieved the mobile order i placed and ik i was at the right location and ended up paying double for my meal. I never got any refund the manager was no help.

Waste of time and money! No quality control! Also they take your money if you order on the mobile app by mistake there is no way to cancel and corporate is fine with that! Still waiting on response and money! Don't believe any positive reviews they are FAKE
It is now 1/14 and still nothing from customer service other than requesting pictures and receipts on 1/12 Sunday even though I ordered off my app! I did send pic and receipt same day requested clearly Dunkin does not check reviews!
1/18 Customer service still has not reached out! 😑 Don't believe the hype!

This is my first time coming here, and this will also be my last. No one was in line , not even busy but, you give an customer something like this . You all should be fired for this … you all expect a customer to eat this after spending my money. Beyond pissed
