Waste of time and money! No quality control! Also they take your money if you order on the mobile app by mistake there is no way to cancel and corporate is fine with that! Still waiting on response and money! Don't believe any positive reviews they are FAKE
It is now 1/14 and still nothing from customer service other than requesting pictures and receipts on 1/12 Sunday even though I ordered off my app! I did send pic and receipt same day requested clearly Dunkin does not check reviews!
1/18 Customer service still has not reached out! 😑 Don't believe the hype!

This is my first time coming here, and this will also be my last. No one was in line , not even busy but, you give an customer something like this . You all should be fired for this … you all expect a customer to eat this after spending my money. Beyond pissed

The customer service here is beyond amazing. I came in the morning when they were super busy so I had to wait a tad bit longer (like 2 minutes maybe) and they were so apologetic when there was no need really. on top of that the quality of the food was on point. one of the best dunkin’ donuts experiences i’ve ever had.

This is quite literally the best Dunkin in Aurora at least, I pass another Dunkin on my way here because the staff is actually bright and energetic in the morning and add delight to my breakfast. I cannot say the same about the location I pass on my way here. I always get a smile, and it really helps make my breakfast enjoyable and set a good tone for my day.

Worst location ever.....Hello management and corporate. Your employees at this location suck. Every order I've made thru doirdash is wrong. How difficult is it to read and fulfill an order correctly.Here's my experience from multiple orders.1. Ordered a $7 cappuccino got a large cut of steamed milk....really2. Ordered coffee with cream and sugar got hot chocolate- funny thing is the sticker on the cup was for coffee the way I ordered it.....seriously you're a coffee and donut shop.3. Ordered 2 muffins, 1/2 dozen donuts, breakfast sandwich, iced coffee and hot coffee. I received the coffees and breakfast sandwich. The sticker on the bag had my entire order on it but I got 25% of it.....absolutely unacceptable.Management you need to really take a good hard look at who you are hiring to work there. Your employees inability to get orders right can and will destroy your business...customer orders should be accurate more often then not. Or how bout this get rid of the hourly rate and pay them on commission only this will force employees to do things accurately, not be argumentative with customers when they mess up orders. They get paid on a per order basis that they fulfill, correctly in its entirety there are no consequences for their mistakes which is why it continues to consistently happen. Start holding the employees accountable for it and not the customers, money hurts when it's taken away. How bout they pay the charge if they mess up the order and the customer gets a refund. Pretty sure money being taken away from them would be a huge motivator to oh IDK use your brain and do it right.

Quality Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. Like their soft seating plus the high tables as well as the regular seats. Employees are kind and efficient and it’s great to have both donuts and ice cream in the same location.
