Twice now I’ve ordered the bacon avacado toast here and it has been hard as a rock! I complained to corporate and they wanted a receipt, well…this location never gives you your receipt nor does any other Dunkin! You don’t even know the total until you pull up, so thanks corporate for doing nothing. This location also puts a ton of ice and a lot of cold foam so if you take the ice and foam out, your cold brew is really a small coffee. The young lady with the nails that works here is great though and she’s always super friendly and upbeat! Her nails are always done, but I don’t know her name. Everyone else is very stoic. I’m looking forward to the new location opening up off Randall cause they’ll be trained hopefully… this location overall is so hit and miss with their products…

I go here EVERY morning even though the one on galena is closer to my house and there’s a couple on my way to work. This place is the ONLY one that makes a frozen coffee perfectly. Everyone is super friendly in the drive through. They are open Christmas Day and that made my whole day!
I get Dunkin usually a couple times per week at various places. This store (been coming here for about 5 years) consistency gets my order correct and I don't have to worry about asking them to fix it. Kristin is my favorite person at the drive-thru window and will brighten your day. There's a lot of turnover with people, but they are doing a pretty good job right now.

We went to Dunkin’ Donuts and every donut that we wanted were out of stock and we wanted we got too big egg and cheese bagels and said they gave us two bacon egg and cheese muffins and their service is horrible and they’re rude and sassy. I definitely do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

September 9 around 7:20 in the morning. I got more flies in my bag than donuts. I’m about to throw up in the donut bag. Seriously you gotta do better than this. Absolutely disgusting. Even saw the guy waving his hand around his head. Now I know why. Got flies probably laying eggs on all these donuts you are serving.
