My family are long term customers. They used to be our absolute favorite. Unfortunately not anymore. Two go to's: Sweat n Sour Pork-meat is fine-Vegetables are thrown in raw/uncooked...not cooked at all. It doesn't take anything to toss em in the wok a LITTLE bit? Then, pork egg foo young...supposed to be served in brown gravy. Its brown water, with very little flavor. It splashes like pure water. Gravy doesn't do that. Makes the patties very "mushy." And corn starch to thicken...read full review
