Our go-to place for our usual favorites. My wife usually orders the Orange Chicken, this time she got the Moo-shoo pork and I got the Red China. I usually order The House Special Rice or Lo Mein. We were not disappointed. They do make excellent appetizers. The male waiters are quiet, subdued to the point of being sullen and morose. The persons who seat you and wait on take-out traffic will always greet you with a warm smile.

I have been going to East China and getting the honey sesame chicken for years and then moved out of town. I came back last night and got it again absolutely disgusting !I don't know what they're doing but they are going downhill!

I have ordered here numerous times for take out and all dishes have been top notch: Mongolian Beef, Beef + Peapod, Beef + Broccoli, house specials and pork versions as well were all delicious. 1st time getting a side = Crab Rangoon was absolutely disgusting ? I hate losing $ but I literally ate 1 ½ on the way home and chucked the rest out the window, hopefully some wild animals can enjoy it?! WAY UNDERCOOKED and not super crunchy like most. It was definitely not up to par, it's sad to say. I'll stick to New China Hut on Orchard Rd.

This review is long overdue. I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. I absolutely love this place! The food is always wonderful and delicious. I've tried pretty much everything and always loved it. The staff is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The place has a comfortable vibe to it. I especially love sitting in the back room. It has a very unique shape and feel to it. So highly recommend for outstanding Chinese food, great staff, and pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
So, couple of days ago, I ordered some food from East China Inn in North Aurora and they got my order wrong. I called and told them that they shortened my order but charged me $5 for it and $1 for adding chicken to the fried rice, but only 5 tiny pieces of chicken. The lady argued with me in a very nasty tone as if I did something wrong, like I was trying to get free food. I told her I was a frequent customer and good tipper and didn't appreciate the service. Seeing I wasn't getting a solution to the problem, I hung up. I wrote a negative response on the review. Later that night, an Asian lady showed up outside my house at 11pm at night yelling and acting ignorant. If she had of paid attention to my door, it warns you we have ADT. My daughter told her I'm calling the police and she left. I called the store mgr "Darren" if that's even his real name, and told him it was filmed and if it happens again, I will press charges and show the police the video. Not only that, all my neighbors have door videos. So now you're harassing customers who leave a bad review??I will never frequent this place again. All could've been avoided when I asked for a refund which she refused to do.
