as a fan of Mexican cuisine, I am thrilled El Coronel took over this location. The food was absolutely delicious; the steak was moist and flavorful, and the chicken was equally impressive. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Was around the Outlet mall and wanted some authentic Mexican, found this gem tucked away bout 9 min away , tried a super Huarache with cactus bits , the huarache was freshly made and the meat grilled to perfection . my daughter tried their huge Sope tasted fresh and meat seasoned well , wife had the caldo de res ! Try them out . (Not pictured a salsa bar )

I'm going to keep this short. I had the carne asada and the al pastor tacos. I'm very picky about these tacos because a lot of places either cannot season the meat properly or they have meat that is grisly and chewy. Both the carne asada and al pastor tacos I had were really good, best tacos I've had in a while. Seasoning was there for sure! I gave four stars only because I need to try more of their food, I will be back to try more and hopefully give them that missing...
