The Brussels sprouts were amazing! Best we ever had. We also had the Korean fried rice, which was a little spicy. But the waitress said you can ask the chef to reduce the spice, for next time. It was delicious. Our other entree was the chicken roulade. It was tasty, but needed salt. I am not a person to over salt things, but this needed it. The service was great. Over all, we really enjoyed our experience. We will be back.
We all had the charcuterie board picked by the chef, and different dinners, they were excellent. The desserts were tasteful. This isn't our first time, we've been here before, and it's always nice.
Everything about Hardware is beautifully crafted, thoughtfully presented, and makes for an exceptional dining experience. The best thing I can say about the farm to table experience that they provide is that after a stunning meal including an absolutely delicious wagyu steak entree, the thing I want to come back for most is the salad; their greens are vibrant and flavorful in a way I've never experienced in a restaurant setting.
