Amazing food, service and atmosphere! One of my top go to spots! Love this place and all the staff and regulars!

Ordered the Frickles (fried pickles) they were good, super fresh and all the food was hot, came with a $1000 island sauce. Oak street burger was a good size burger, they have sweet potatoe fries, soup or salad comes with the burger, attentive waitress. All was good, definitely worth the price. Would go back. We aren't normally in that area & were looking to kill time & grab a bite to eat. We found Oak Street Restaurant & Bar & we are so glad we did. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly & the food was delicious. We got the big pretzel, chicken nachos & split the grilled cheese sandwich. The pretzel was soft & delicious, the nachos were perfect(chicken wasn't dry), & the grilled cheese sandwich was fabulous. Our server Tracy was attentive, friendly & very welcoming as well. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice casual place to watch the game or just chill.

This place is a no! Don’t sit at the bar and expect service. We almost had to beg for a drink while the bartender talked to her friend . We wanted to order dinner but couldn’t get any attention. Closed out after a drink and went to a better place.

Decent food, decent drinks. About what you'd expect from a strip mall bar. There's slot machines, lots of TVs. Absolutely your jam if you want to drink and watch sports

Before I leave a review, I hope I can speak with the people in charge. I’d hate to leave a negative comment until things are remedied..

Update- I haven’t heard from anyone yet, next step will be to contact the police. I’ve been harassed and traumatized and I have no idea why! I’ve only been coming there for the last 6 months. I’ve brought my kids for lunch, I’ve met my friend for a drink at the bar twice. Mostly I pop in and play slots and have a few drinks. Suddenly the last 2 times I’ve come in, I’ve been attacked by men and someone who works there said something I didn’t understand calling me Robert? I don’t know what I did to have people harass me I’ve never been rude. I always tip well, I’m traumatized by the men that have been attacking me. Another person who works there told me that one of the bartenders thinks I made a bad review about her and she had her friends attack me. I never did and I don’t even know who she is. I’ll never come back. Who ever she thinks I am, I AM NOT! I didn’t deserve the attacks and I hope you sleep well since I haven’t been able to.

I’ve been there several times and it’s mediocre as far as service. When I play the slots it’s about 40 degrees hotter than the bar, they need fans or something. The restroom smells horrible and the staff is entirely dismissive. You almost have to raise your hand for attention. I’ve given them a few tries but today was my last! I came in around 3pm today and the bartender seems nice but then I realize she’s only nice to the regulars who buy her drinks! As soon as she was off she sat at the bar and talked horrible things about patrons who had been there earlier (and bought her drinks) then she proceeded to take extra tip money that the incoming bartender gave her as extra tips and proceeded to sit at the slot machines. It doesn’t stop there. She then went to tables of people with their families and children and made them uncomfortable. All the while I sat at the bar and watched her show unfold. Why an establishment that has such a good reputation would employ someone who behaves this way is beyond me. I cannot patronize a place like this after hearing the things she was saying and watching this things she was doing. I really believe that the Bar staff is burnt out they don’t care about their service, they don’t care about providing good service at that! I’ve worked in the industry, in the suburbs for a long time. Never would I have behaved the way she did today, and I hope somebody recognizes who I’m talking about. Late 30s, early 40s possibly…blonde hair up in a ponytail or clip. If that is the person you want representing your place of business, good luck with that.
