This place always forgets something in the drive thru Never going here again. No coleslaw or mashed potatoes and 20 min away so to far to go back

We ordered door dash, they forgot our wings, wouldn’t refund us and then didn’t give us our food when we went to pick it up

Someone stole my order and the manager got mad at me for it, Gave me attitude and was about to not give me my order although I had already paid. The women Manager needs some education on how to treat their customers. Very unprofessional, thinking of contacting corporate and telling them to properly train their managers on customer service.

Terrible service, they take too long to give you a takeaway order

The manager here is extremely rude and just plain ignorant to the customers. How she continues to have a job is an absolute mystery. The food is good but her attitude and the atmosphere she creates is toxic and highly recommended anyone stay away from this location.

I personally asked, for a chicken sandwich plain no sauce or nothing on it, just the chicken and guess what they gave me pickles and mayonnaise, I will not be coming back to this place

This is the only Popeyes near me and they always forget my biscuits if I order some they don't give me the extras that I ordered and act like it's my problem and now the chicken is bland I ordered a 10-piece mild and there's no Popeyes seasoning it tastes like plain chicken without no season you lost me this time get some better Cooks

They act like their life depends on them hoarding the Hot Sauce and Honey I ordered a family meal and asked for some and they said it’s in the bag. They did not put any in the bag then you call them out on it and they will give you 2 honey and 2 hot sauce for a family meal. Like this is $40 worth of food and you can’t give me more. You have to fight with them every time you come here then they want to get an attitude about it.
