Sarpino's Pizzeria North Aurora

This place has gone down hill FAST! The app says the store is open but all the lights are off and the door is locked. When they are open half the time there is no delivery person available, if I order a pizza to be delivered, that usually means I'm in no shape to be driving to pick up a pizza. It's a shame too because their pizza was generally pretty good.

Placed online order yesterday only to discover 3 hours later that the location is closed. I understand circumstances may occur to cause unscheduled closure, but leaving online ordering open to con money is highly unethical. Phones are unmanned so only option is disputing charges with bank.

Inconsistent as hell. Good pizza but constantly closing extremely early and misinformation as to opening and closing times.

This place is complete trash now. Has gone downhill from the previous owners. Nothing is made correctly and never in a timely manner. When I called to get a refund last night the phone was never picked up. Such a disappointment, because they use to make my favorite calzone! I'll never order from this establishment again.

BLT pizza is great!!!! Never had a bad experience with any employee here. All were wonderful to us. Been a customer eight plus years. Love them.

We have given this place the benefit of the doubt several times, but we are done!! Ordered pizzas at 230 this afternoon for a 5 o’clock delivery. Simple, right??? They showed up 25 minutes late with no call or anything. When we called they said they didn’t have a driver available. They would not give us a discount for these pizzas, but would give us a free one delivered in 45 mins. Huh???? Never again!!!

Excellent pizza, literally call about six pizza places for this specific topping (anchovies). This was the only place that had it. Also, the service was outstanding fast and courteous. Pizza was fresh, hot and extremely scrumptious. Highly recommended, definitely coming back.

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Cheese was super rubbery, no sauce, undercooked dough but burnt toppings. Overpriced and a huge waste of money.

Daniel was super helpful with menu options and when I asked him about coupons availability he accommodated me. I got a super deal and will order from Sarpinos again! Thanks Daniel!

Currently waiting for my order for 2 hours. The tracker said they were preparing it for an hour, now it has “been in the oven” for an hour. Convinced I’m not eating Sarpino’s today

This place has been around for awhile and I finally tried it. This place is really good and I love the calzones. I was pretty surprised at how good the desert pizza was as well. Really haven't had a desert pizza since I was a kid at the Pizza Hut Buffet back when they had those lol. The staff was also really friendly and my order was on time ?? everything was good

I haven't ordered for awhile but I want to say I give Daniel 5 starshe got my ordered correct fresh & ontime plus the Door Dash lady was nice also but I did not get her name, its always nice to place a order with him. Placed an order through Door dash drove to pick it up. Payment was taken out and their closed, middle of the day on Sunday. No answer at the phone

The delivery and service was much improved from the last few months, but I'm only giving 3 stars because they have totally changed their pizza. There is way too much crust...I liked the pizza before so if this is the new pizza I won't be ordering again. It's a shame because it's my favorite pizza place.

The Pizzas are amazing. The manager always takes your opinions in consideration while you place an order. A good place to get good quality pizza, pasta and bread sticks.
