Went this morning and the service was horrible, ordered online and I come to the drive thru they say they are still working on it and end up waiting 10 minutes that I wouldn't have waited if I just went through any other Starbucks drive thru without ordering ahead, while I'm waiting 3 girls are just chatting in there, then one of them comes to hand the items, no good morning just hands it and I had a coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese for myself, I open my food and on top of everything the gave me the wrong bagel, I just expect better from Starbucks. I come here every morning because I live right there and I drive all the way to Chicago for work so I'm fine with going to a different location.

Another Starbucks that states drive-through and does not have one. Not only that the JCPenney it is located in was closed, so it a wast of time.

I usually go to the Starbucks on Orchard Rd but since I had to get a few things at target I decided to get coffee there. I ordered 2 hot grande Americanos that were half way filled. Very unhappy

It is a typical Starbucks located in Target. Our coffees were good. There was a line but service was prompt.

Right now I have to say that their customer service is zilch. 3 times I have called and been hung up on each time. The call goes through Target and warning! the message is extremely long. So you can be released from the pain of listening, the choice is #1, #2 then #6. In case someone reads this, my question is are you an actual Starbucks that accepts the cards and points or you just supply the drinks? Thank you. One more thing/advice: pick up the phone. ?

I'm writing this is the drive thru right now.. the one I've been sitting in for over 20 min. This is the slowest moving Starbucks I have ever been to. There are endless reviews just like this. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Update: they didn't even make me the correct drink

I moved here from Seattle so I am guessing my expectations for a Starbucks is quite high. This one is the worst I've ever been to. Minimum wait in line each time I have come is 10 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were new employees, maybe they were training people.. but this is my 8th time here and they just can't seem to get it together. I have contacted Starbucks customer service and I'm sure it will be completely pointless and nothing will change that's why am writing this review it just makes me feel like I can at least get this out somewhere. I'm sure nothing will improve. There's no competition in IL. Starbucks doesn't care if they're employees suck at this point , they're making enough money.

Surprise surprise, no oat milk at any Starbucks. Considering this happens quite frequently and I know it’s a problem that is at the corporate level and isn’t created nor solvable by the individual locations I’m leaving a 1 star. Hey corporate heads at Starbucks, figure out the oat milk situation. Thanks.

This Starbucks is SLOW. The drive-through line is always incredibly long and moves terribly slow. Every time I try to come to this Starbucks, the drive-through line stretches into the neighboring street and BLOCKS traffic! I have tried doing mobile ordering to skip the long line, but it is very stressful trying to get into the parking lot as the drive-through line is constantly blocking the entrance to the parking lot. I would reccomend you drive a little further to a different Starbucks than waste your time and frustration with this location.

Let me start by saying I drive a very large truck for work I was starting my 14-hour work day and had approached the front door the front door had already been locked at 8:00 pm even though the shop does not close until 9 p.m. there happened to be a delivery driver making a delivery who also drives a very large trunk so I asked him if he could ask if I could place my order from the door so I could get my coffee. That delivery driver understanding that I was driving a large truck just like him and he probably works the night shift as well understood and asked this lady behind the counter named Allison if I could place my order from the door. The driver then returned and told me no she will not allow you to place your order from the door oh I said okay I guess I'm just going to have to figure out another way to do it so I managed to drive my vehicle as much as I could through the drive-through safely place my order and then pulled up to the window. I talked to the young lady who took my order and express my gratitude for her taking my order it was not Allison was a very nice young lady with a way better attitude that said sorry for any inconvenience that is the reason why I'm giving this visit to Stars because Allison was extremely rude and all I wanted was my coffee so I can continue my work day you didn't take that into consideration at all I asked her very politely and I feel like Alison was very unhappy with being there and was taking it out on me she continued to give me an attitude when I was in the Drive-Thru and I told her you have a nice night got my coffee and the interaction that I had with this young lady made me feel like I needed to write this review. I still love my Starbucks Coffee it gets me through my long nights at work it would just be nice there were more people who were considerate of people who work in the night time and have large vehicles and need their coffee to make it through the night .

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I drink Starbucks daily multiple times a day. The noble order is never available and the walk in is NEVER available which means you have to sit in an extremely long line. The worst ever I've been to about 20 different Starbucks this is the worst.

Best Starbucks! They’re so friendly and if my drink was accidentally incorrect, they fix it right away. They refer to customers by name and always ask how you’re doing. It’s my fave morning wake up routine. I’m new to the area and so glad this place and staff are awesome!
