Yikes. This particular location is just... I mean, they have only gotten my order correct once. I went through drive through, they got my (not complicated) order wrong....again. The woman at the counter was sooooo snarky. Tried to gaslight me on what I ordered. Guys... I order the exact same drink every. single. morning. at a variety of other locations and they don't seem to have any trouble. Just avoid this one. Just drive up to Randall or hit next one on highway.

Worst Starbucks location; the drinks are either extremely bland or made incorrectly. I've given up on this location despite it being closer because the drinks are consistently made poorly and it ends up being a waste of money.

As much I hate to leave a bad review here but I have too since there is no other way of solving this problem. This is not directed to all the employees but it’s for an Hispanic girl, short with a tattoo on her right shoulder. She is very rude and she does not make a drink the way you ask too. You pay 10$ for a freaking drink and half of it is foam. I asked her to remove the foam she puts extra milk in there or she would not care to remove the foam. I get the same coffee in Yorkville Starbucks and never have that problem.

The black girl with the braces was extremely rude and took a long time with my order just to get it wrong and then once I came back for her to correct my order she was even more rude and didn’t show any sympathy Thanks for making me late to work

instead of the girl telling the person in front of us to move up so we can have our one coffee, she sat there and chatted with them until all of their order was complete, which was four we had to honk and she decided to say something and walk away from the window and have someone else take care of us. Pretty rude service won’t be visiting again.

Quick and order was correct. 1st time visiting this location... construction going on nearby for a new restaurant so may get clustered at various times. Went in the AM and had no issues.
Kenzie was working and was super sweet and attentive at 8:35p on Jun 5, 2023. The lady in front of us in drive thru was being super rude to the staff, so I decided to come in. That’s when I found out they were low staff and had a surge of customers right before closing. I was impressed at how calm and professional Kenzie and her coworker were although this customer was acting incredibly rude. I will come back again, as I’m impressed with the staff and I know how hard it is being a barista!

My son always pre-orders. 60% it's fine, the other 40% one drink is waiting for us & then we wait 10-15 minutes for the 2nd drink. How do they not come out a few minutes apart?

To start off I appreciate everything from this place. My wife goes there to pick up her order and has always had an amazing experience. Every time I have gone I have always gotten Morgan who is an awesome barista. She and the crew craft the drinks amazing and make flavorful concoctions. Thank you for the making you patrons happy especially those who go there almost on a daily basis.
