Icarus and Alex are the best! They always remember me (and my car 💖) the drinks are always made perfectly and they’re always the sweetest people. My favorite Starbucks even tho it’s an hour from my house!

Yikes. This particular location is just... I mean, they have only gotten my order correct once. I went through drive through, they got my (not complicated) order wrong....again. The woman at the counter was sooooo snarky. Tried to gaslight me on what I ordered. Guys... I order the exact same drink every. single. morning. at a variety of other locations and they don't seem to have any trouble. Just avoid this one. Just drive up to Randall or hit next one on highway.

Worst Starbucks location; the drinks are either extremely bland or made incorrectly. I've given up on this location despite it being closer because the drinks are consistently made poorly and it ends up being a waste of money.

As much I hate to leave a bad review here but I have too since there is no other way of solving this problem. This is not directed to all the employees but it’s for an Hispanic girl, short with a tattoo on her right shoulder. She is very rude and she does not make a drink the way you ask too. You pay 10$ for a freaking drink and half of it is foam. I asked her to remove the foam she puts extra milk in there or she would not care to remove the foam. I get the same coffee in Yorkville Starbucks and never have that problem.

The black girl with the braces was extremely rude and took a long time with my order just to get it wrong and then once I came back for her to correct my order she was even more rude and didn’t show any sympathy Thanks for making me late to work
instead of the girl telling the person in front of us to move up so we can have our one coffee, she sat there and chatted with them until all of their order was complete, which was four we had to honk and she decided to say something and walk away from the window and have someone else take care of us. Pretty rude service won’t be visiting again.
Two minutes were never enough when finding a parking space was impossible, and a snaking line lounged from the register to the door, but while a senior employee assisted a trainee in the secrets of customer service and fellow Starbucks customers specified precisely what they desired, while others finalized their intended orders, it was a charming experience and sweet reminder of life in these United States.
