By reading the other, most recent reviews, it looks like the baristas at this place have a serious attitude problem. Skip this place the barista acts like she’s doing you a favor. Put in a mobile order went to pick it up and it was a hot drink. I’d like to put a green stopper in my drink just because I drink it slowly and it gets cold fast. I went to the garbage can area where they usually have straws and napkins, and they usually have the green stoppers. There were none there . So I patiently go to the counter where the pick up drink area is and just stand there patiently waiting, not making noise not rushing the ladies nothing I’m like someone will come over and address me when they have a minute. It’s the morning they’re busy.
A young white woman with a nose piercing her hair up in a bun , looks at me and with an attitude says, “do you need something?!” I’m just like yeah, a stopper and she’s like “oh yeah we don’t leave those out anymore..” I’m like OK. Im thinking, why wouldn’t you say do you need help? How can I help you? Did we forget something ? No just typical rude Starbucks employees.
I’m sorry you hate your job but that’s not my fault. Get a degree or go into the trades, you picked to work at Starbucks.
I’m the type of person I go to a fast food restaurant and I tell the person thank you have a nice day. I really appreciate people who do every job and I’m really just getting sick of Starbucks employees. I’m so over paying $7-8 for a drink and having to deal with rude Starbucks employees. Going to moka in the future!

I stopped at this drive thru and was greeted by a woman who seemed uninterested in her job and inconvenienced with my being there. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and received cold brew with a spoonful of cold foam. This isn't my usual Starbucks, but will make sure to never come back to this one.

I normally go to this location on my way to work and hardly ever have an issue with my drink. I asked to have my drink remade since the taste was off and I usually get the same drink everyday. The lady that helped me out in drive thru window/ speaker seemed bothered that she had to remake it. She stated she made the drink and all cold brew is going to taste the same since it’s the same batch… she then asks for the old drink back and tells me to try the new one in front of her to make sure it taste right in a very snotty tone as she’s trying to prove a point that it’s going to taste the same as the previous one. Sure enough the drink was made how I normally get it and taste way better. There was unnecessary attitude involved and she can definitely learn how to address a situation in a mature way and do right by Starbucks customers.

Love this place I go to Starbucks like every week! There food is really good and so are there drinks! My fave foods are iced lemon loaf and the pink cake pop, and my fav drinks are the pumpkin spice latte and strawberry acai refresher!!

Order ahead is frequently not available. It's the make or break for me actually going here. Otherwise it's a Starbucks. No one in the drive thru and order ahead turned off. Heading to the one down the road!
Icarus and Alex are the best! They always remember me (and my car 💖) the drinks are always made perfectly and they’re always the sweetest people. My favorite Starbucks even tho it’s an hour from my house!

Yikes. This particular location is just... I mean, they have only gotten my order correct once. I went through drive through, they got my (not complicated) order wrong....again. The woman at the counter was sooooo snarky. Tried to gaslight me on what I ordered. Guys... I order the exact same drink every. single. morning. at a variety of other locations and they don't seem to have any trouble. Just avoid this one. Just drive up to Randall or hit next one on highway.

Worst Starbucks location; the drinks are either extremely bland or made incorrectly. I've given up on this location despite it being closer because the drinks are consistently made poorly and it ends up being a waste of money.
