THE WORST experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I just visited and ordered the workers were EXTREMELY rude. I asked the worker if they had nacho fries and the worker LIED to me and told me “we do not have nacho fries anymore”. Once I got to the window I asked why they didn’t have nacho fries she said “they are going away soon”. I had a feeling she was lying so once I got home I called and ask if they had nacho fries and the worker told me they do currently have nacho fries. I then told the worker that I was just in the drive through and then she immediately started GASLIGHTING me telling me they no longer have nacho fries. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will NEVER be attending this location again.

I was a bit confused about what I ordered. I wanted the new box and I received the Mexican pizza. The cashier was in a conversation with someone and there was very little interaction and she wasn't very pleasant. She basically threw the bag at me and shut the window. I checked to see what I received again being confused, and she just looked out the window at me. I live out of town and almost refuse to go to those Taco Bells in my area. I was hoping for better results out of town. On a brighter note, the food was better.

Taco Bells across the country ate just sad. Food looks NOTHING like the pictures. Nothing is filled very full. Pepsi always taste off. Staff could gave a shit about customer service. Most want it all in the app or kiosk.
This location will wait on you at the counter. That's great. Food portions and atmosphere are just so horrible.

Cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen best food at a Taco Bell I’ve ever had and the staff was relatively friendly. Definitely will go here again.
The employees here are always so friendly. And service is fast too. I’d say abnormal compared to a typical Taco Bell ha ha. Glad this one is close to home!

On 3/1/24 at 8:15pm i went thru the drive thru and there’s a young man working the window, who has EXCELLENT customer service! I’ve encountered him before a few weeks ago and i was impressed especially coming from a food service background

The first time I had a delicious meal and great service at Taco Bell. Every location I go to it's either terrible quality of food or terrible customer service. I was in awe.. my food was actually hot not warm or cold. Hot. I was in food heaven. My nacho fries were hot, my cheese sauce filled the brim and hot. My quesadilla was perfect consistency of sauce and chicken also cut evenly. Will always come to this location on my lunch break. Not going to any other Taco Bell anymore
