On 3/1/24 at 8:15pm i went thru the drive thru and there’s a young man working the window, who has EXCELLENT customer service! I’ve encountered him before a few weeks ago and i was impressed especially coming from a food service background
Get that man a raise!!!!

The first time I had a delicious meal and great service at Taco Bell. Every location I go to it's either terrible quality of food or terrible customer service. I was in awe.. my food was actually hot not warm or cold. Hot. I was in food heaven. My nacho fries were hot, my cheese sauce filled the brim and hot. My quesadilla was perfect consistency of sauce and chicken also cut evenly. Will always come to this location on my lunch break. Not going to any other Taco Bell anymore
The people at this location are really dumb. They screw up every oder I have ever made there. They also NEVER PUT THE HOT SAUCE ORDERED IN THE BAG!!!

The customer service I received from Maria and Betty was extremely poor, and the manager on duty fabricated another manager's name. With my baby sleepy and no food served, he declined a refund, offering only 'come here or nothing.' The service was unacceptable. No stars!!!
This crew is absolutely miserable and it shows. Don't ask about sauce, no customer service skills at all, and rude rude rude.

Applied for a full-time, shift lead position through the Illinois website. Got to the interview and was greeted with blank stares. I could hardly communicate with anyone due to the fact that 99% of the staff could not speak English. After being stared at for 5 minutes the manager finally interviews me and starts by asking my last name. I gave her my last name and she said that she thought I was Mexican. The interview took less than 5 minutes because after she realized I wasn’t Mexican she seemed to not want to hire me. After the stares I got from her staff and her (that only consisted of Mexicans) I became uncomfortable. Glad I didn’t take the position. If you are not of that background do not apply.
