They're always out of flavors of ice cream, and frequently will shut down earlier than what the building says. Few years ago, they messed up my custom ice cream cake's image. Looked like their printer ran out of ink for the image, yet still printed it out and put it on the cake. When I went to pick it up, it took them over 10 minutes to track my cake down, which I think they were throwing it together at the last minute.

Ordered on Uber eats. We ordered the cookie monster flavor and I assume they didn't have the flavor at the moment, because they sent us completely different ice cream from what we had ordered. My wife received bubblegum with mint chocolate chip. Who would combine those two flavors? It's disgusting and ridiculous that they did not notify us that they did not have the flavors we ordered. We could have easily changed our order. I would advise to not order from here through Uber eats.

Very good and the coffee is ALWAYS GREAT here!!! I say that because 6 out of ten will get it wrong. But they definitely get the order right when I go. If someone starts commenting on my comments then maybe they don't like youuuuuu. I'm respectful and they are too. You get more flies with honey than with vinegar.

I went in to purchase an ice cream cake. Not a custom order, just looked at what they had in the freezer. I bought a chocolate cake with oreo ice cream. When i got home the cake smelled like it was freezer burnt. I tried to cut into it but it was rock solid. At this point i let it "thaw" for 30 minutes and came back to it still being rock solid. After multiple attempts i finally got a piece sliced and even the bread was completely hard. The icing tasted horrible. I called and took the cake back. They replaced the cake with one from the back that was "fresh". While there i asked how long they kept them in the freezer and was told they had no idea. Once i got home i was met with the same thing. A horrible tasting hard cake. I definitely will not be back to this store. I have purchased from Baskin Robbins stores in 4 different states and never had this issue.

I ordered a custom cake online a week ago and set it to be picked up at this location. My husband went to pick it up today with the order number and the guy at the counter just looked confused. He went in the back and picked up a random cake and handed it over. The box wasn’t even marked with what flavor of cake or ice cream.
