We were given this place as a suggestion as a must stop n eat. This Small gem is awesome. We made it here and the food was delicious, Kyle was on the grill as Miss Ashyia was covering the service. She was super sweet, friendly and allowed us to try the type of flavor of cheese cake before I bought it. I asked for her for a recommendation and she suggested the cookie dough cheesecake and it was amazing. I ended up purchasing two, one for later, (the chocolate, also delicious, and better in my personal opinion than Cheesecake Factory) Definitely stopping by again for their superb service.It’s great to visit these spots from Chicago, it’s been 24 yrs since I was last here in Chicago thank you for your great service Kyle and Miss Ashyia. ? Moving up here from the south, it's hard finding good customer service. I found it today. Destiny greeted me with a warming and beautiful smile. She was patient with me while I made my order (My family can be kinda picky) smiling the entire time. Watching her and the other two workers here, you could tell they had a great working relationship which feeds into customer service. I was very pleased with the service, the food, and the accuracy on my order!
You're greeted at the register with a sign that says they will not provide a complimentary cup for water, not a great first impression. We intended to use a gift card, but the employee at the register claimed he was not authorized to accept gift cards. The dining room was oddly very dark, akin to a late night dive bar, and most of the tables were dirty. They mislabeled our sandwiches, so my friend ended up eating part of my sandwich before realizing it was the wrong sandwich. I got the philly steak deluxe with cheese sauce. The flavor was good, but there was very little meat and it was basically a bread sandwich. The king philly steak and chicken had more meat, but rightfully so for the price. The fries were good and well seasoned. The actual flavor of the food was the only saving grace, which is why my rating isn't lower, but not worth the high price for what you actually get. There are better places to get a sandwich in the area, and at a better value, so I would suggest you pass on this location.

I was referred here by a local, and I'm sooo glad we tried it! The service was above and beyond and the flavors ... you just HAVE to try. I highly recommend a scoop of pineapple upside down cheesecake and the Philly with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Don't forget the fries!
