Ive been a customer at your for past 7 years, mostly getting small coffee and sandwich. Sometimes I visit your location several times a week, other times, several times a month. 2nd time within a week I have to drive back to this Dunkin Donuts location (North Chicago) to return my ice coffee... how hard is it to make an ice coffee with one creamer and no sugar!?
I hate coming back to return my water (which is supposed to be coffee) with cream n melted ice!!
Ya'll need to step it up and start training your people right!!
