Never order food to be delivered. Half the time you don't get the food or it takes 2 hours to. Their delivery drivers are the worst don't even call you when they drop off food. If you ask to be refunded for the food you didn't get they won't give you anything

Grill always down, every pizza I order has raw dough and inedible unless you nuke it in the microwave upside down and right side up and again and again until it really is inedible but at least its not raw now ?♀️?♀️?♀️

Good music at night time it be lit but food wait time is outrageously long and the menu gets really short after a certain time but i do like the epi and the bowling alley is chill
(Still treating adults like children) ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT3 hours waiting in line, for 1 maybe 2 bartenders trying to serve 30 people at a time. With extra rude management.. you figured them serving military members they would have a better set up and be more respectful. The bartenders are extremely nice tho. Management needs a lot of work.. the bbq pizza at spinz tho is very good. But the epicenter itself barely gets 1star.. absolutely disorganized. STOP USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE

Terrible service. First time buying a pizza here and they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours, I received a call around 45 minutes later and missed it. Tried the number back a few times thinking it could be them but it was a different number so wasn't really even sure. They didn't pick up. Then as I'm waiting patiently for my pizza, they call and say they canceled it because I didn't answer my phone. So I told them that they never told me about a phone call, and 3 other people ordering with me also never heard anything about a phone call, and they still refused to make the delivery and the person on the phone gave me attitude when she lied saying she told us about a phone call.

They don't ever answer the phone. When doing delivery they don't have a great selection. They sent a 20oz after saying you can only have a 2 liter. And it was the wrong drink. The Pizza was over cooked.
