Ordered Harold's Shrimp and Chicken for pickup last evening. Ordered two "Dinner- Tenders", Jumbo Shrimp with fries and asked for the fries to be crispy.Got it home and all the fries were a soggy, nearly uncooked, globs of cold soaked potatoes. The "tenders" were anything but tender. The inedible chicken inside the overly salted crusty coating was tough and stringy. The shrimp were slightly underdone but palatable. Terrible meal.... a waste of $40+.

The food was amazing. The wings were well seasoned. Also the catfish was amazing the breading was delicious.

Went late and they were out of sauce but thats okay. The waiter was very pleasant to tell us ahead of time. They only accept cash but there is an atm inside.

Came is hungry for some shrimp and was wowed by the dish. I tried the steak tacos they were not fresh as the taste had yesterdays steak flavors not a fan. The fries were semi fresh cut but lacked flavor and excitement wish there was more to it! The place was clean friendly staff and all not sure if it’s meant to be a copy cat or not doesn’t matter it’s Jorge’s take on Harold’s try other dishes on for size maybe a hit could come to your pallete Bon appetite my friends!

The chicken was burned beyond recognition. I couldn't even tell what the breast was. Don't waste your time or money. The catfish fillets were tiny and tastes as if it was leftover from yesterday

1st time at this place walked in nobody in store at all and they immediately said it was a 15 minute wait, the fry cook looked dazed walking around in circles not on piece of chicken to be found anywhere SMDH. poor customer service, place will not last long.
This was the worst tasting chicken in my hood that I ever experienced, then it isn't the real Harold's chicken shak, man I don't expect yall to be there long. No good in the hood with chicken wings bigger than my fist.

I tried to order via phone but no one answered i called 5 times no answer I then went to the location and tried to order through the drive-through I pulled up at the window and the black lady that works in the back kept walking past looking at me and the black man that was cooking the food kept looking at me but they both would not come to the window and take my order. I eventually left horrible service

When they first opened they were ok now they don't give u good fresh food n they don't use the Chicago Harold's sauce it taste different now n for them to never have a lot of customers you have to wait all day wouldn't recommend them to no one they cost too much to not get good food they don't know how to cook fried chicken n fish
