What's happened to KFC, i use to get a $20 fill up with 12 or 16 pieces and the extras. Today it cost me $52.61 and they forgot to give me the 8 biscuits. The worst thing though, when i looked at the chicken it looked dark and old and didn't taste very good! I remember back in the day you would look forward to going to KFC, because you knew what you were getting and it was a good option if you didn't want to cook. The price is what blows me away, it's now almost cost 3X more and it's horrible! My family didn't enjoy it, and i don't know if my dog would've ate it. I'm done with KFC this is two times in a roll that I've had a bad experience. I think the Colonel has lost his secret ingredient. By the way, across the street from KFC is a Popeyes and there offering a 10pc 2lg sides and 5 biscuits for $27 guess where I'm going next time!✌️

Some of the absolute worst food I have ever seen sold. I ordered extra crispy chicken. Sat in the dining area. Looked at the food and realized it was inedible. I dumped in the garbage can and left.Customer service is horrible. Manager is very inhospitable. I did notice that the Popeye's across the street was crowded and busy with customers while the KFC was empty of customers when I arrived......... Now I think I understand.... Terrible.

The food was nice & hott, service was good & not 2 forget that I love ?mashed potatoes & gravy but @ this location it tasted so plain like; "I was eating water ??". The chicken ? was cute & small, meaning that I didn't get full.

This location is a joke. They never have enough chicken for their customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come there, they are always out of something I want. The management needs to manage this place better.

Iive had the KFC chicken sandwich recently, and liked it. But t's been probably five-years since I last had KFC chicken...and it may be even longer until I visit again. We ordered a 8-piece crispy chicken meal, which Included cole-slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits.The chicken seemed to have been double cooked - like it had been sitting for 30 minutes, and then refried for my order. The gravy was slightly thicker than water. The Cole slaw was good, as well as the biscuits. The mashed were watery.I guess there is a reason why there were no cars in the lot or drive-thru at dinner rush.

I came in early today I guess they just opened for the day. My food was hot and fresh. My Dr. Pepper was delicious. The young lady that took my order was so nice. This KFC location is the best in town.
Best date night dinner EVER! We sat at the side bar by the kitchen.

The manager had the nerve to say that I was holding up the drive-thru when they messed up my order completely and charged me the wrong price. I had to ask for the receipt to realize they charged me the wrong price. When they gave me my food I realized it was the wrong order because it was way too heavy and they messed up on my order again smh.

Just received my food from Door Dash, I was super greedy and opened my box as soon it hit the counter. You can probably say it may dried out on the way to my house, but tell when have ever seen Original KFC dry out in about a 45 minute drive, NEVER. To say I so disappointed is a understatement, the chicken was cooked this morning dry. I didn’t even receive the correct side that I had ordered. I truly looking forward to eating the chicken, the Cole slaw would’ve the kicker. It’s like they don’t care anymore, because I’ve had some good food from them??♀️

We went through the drive through and the person taking our order was either fried or a child it was hard to tell, which makes it even more sad. Nothing was ready and the person gave us the option to come inside and look at the menu when we were already looking at the menu outside in the drove through. It's crazzzyyyy that this place is still open due to the fact that everyone in the transaction is confused. Whether it be a costumer or an employee. We laughed gave up and left. We rather wait in line at popeyes across the way cause at least there we will get some food. This KFC sign outside the restaurant said "fried" for the longest time and i can see it meant the employees and not the food. ?
