During my recent visit to the McDonald’s located on the US Navy base in Great Lakes, I decided to indulge in a classic meal that always hits the spot. I ordered the McDouble meal deal, which included a satisfying four-piece McNugget, a juicy McDouble, a small order of French fries, and a refreshing Diet Coke. For just $12.75, including tax, I felt like I got a great deal for the amount of food I received!
The McDouble was cooked perfectly, with that familiar melty cheese and all the classic toppings. The McNuggets were crispy on the outside and tender inside—just the way I like them. The small fries were golden and salty, a perfect complement to the meal.
On top of that, I couldn't resist ordering a Double Quarter Pounder as a separate item. It was everything a fast-food burger should be: hearty and packed with flavor.
What truly stood out during my visit was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised to find no line or crowd, allowing me to place my order quickly and enjoy my meal without any delays.
However, I did notice that the restaurant itself could use a bit of tidying up. The cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired, which is a small drawback in an otherwise enjoyable visit.

I've been eating at this mcdonald's for the last 8 years in work down the street in my experience the last 3 years has been horrible service no most of the workers barley speak English so my order is always wrong because of workers not understand English i speak Spanish thank God but I'm american i should not have to go to n american restaurant n translate what i want be some one don't understand my native language it's starting to be really frustrating when I have to come back inside to explain that they got my order wrong one of the managers with the ponytail talking shit in spanish to the other chubby managers saying that my order wasn't wrong first of all speak English I'm standing right here i no what I ordered i eat here every morning until now won't be coming back the costumer service has gone down hill not coming back

Dirty!! Staff dropping food then putting it in the to go bag. Tables are all dirty, and the order was completely wrong even after we put it in ourselves and triple checked our changes.
