The place is dirty. Horrible customer service. No reason to have an attitude with customers when they ask for a substitute because the store ran out of fries.

Any McDonald's that runs out of fries should fire the manager. You should also post signs outside saying you are out of fries.

You have a guaranteed market so customer service goes down the drain.

Also a one-star review for the McDonalds customer service website, which locked up. Ordered two things off the breakfast value menu sausage biscuit and sausage burrito. Did not see "spicy salsa" listed in the burrito until it shows up in the order window after ordering. Ask at the window for the burrito to have no spicy sausage ("OK"). When he opened the window, I got a contact high. I have not smelled a stronger smell of weed since a Phish concert. (not opposed, just don't do it at work if you are going to F up people's orders). Got home and it was a sausage English muffin and there was salsa in the burrito and surprisingly no receipt. At least he had moments of clarity in his workplace high to not include a receipt. Also, (again) the McD customer service website sucks and locked up when trying to go the official feedback route. Maybe whoever the franchise owner is can show up some morning for a check-up?

Recently, I got stationed here, wasnt expecting much of Mcdonalds and was chowing down on some chicken nuggets and saw a large black ant sharing a seat with me! Lovely.

I've never know McDonald's to burn food. This McDonald's is horrible. The man that sounds like a woman has an attitude and he rushed us through ordering just for our for to be disgusting.
