I went thru the drive thru, I asked for no whip cream. I ordered the caramel crunch no whip cream. They filled the bottom and top with whip cream. I felt like they charged 12 dollars for just whip cream that I didn’t ask for.

Love this Starbys. The ONLY location I will go to. Thankfully I work 5 away from this location so I’m there everyday. They never make my drink wrong and they are so nice and just make me smile.
I usually don’t write reviews, however I have been coming here for years and they have seriously gone downhill. The few good workers there have been replaced and unfortunately the service just isn’t the same. One bigger girl in particular, has the worst customer service. Just drive out of the way 2 the other 2 Starbucks, service is much friendlier.

The service was not their peak. Not the fastest but also got our order in a decent time. It's pretty chill where the seating area is. The food is aways good. For some reason I thought the pep Mocha was a cold mocha.

I got a coffee that had to be made wrong, it no where tasted the same as my regular white chocolate drink. I was already late for work and couldn’t return to address this issue. I tried calling, I called three times and no answer. Service and positive atmosphere is great but I need a fresh coffee Starbucks.
