They get my order wrong 100% of the time. I keep ordering from there but I have yet to see it packed correctly, even though the receipt attached to it lists the items correctly. Come on guys, it's just sauce packets that I was charged extra for. Just read the order before you seal the bag. How is that not the simplest task in the world?

Ivonne V was quite unfriendly and showed a good amount of attitude for no real reason. My order was heard wrong at the a speaker, so I simply stated that one combo needed changed. I was met with a scoff, and annoyance. Then again more simple disrespect and annoyance when asking for a bit more sauce. This would make sense if I was rude, but we were minding our manners, saying please and thank you, and not being rude at all. Hopefully it was just a bad day she was having and this isn’t her normal attitude towards others.
