I wish I could remember the young lady who took care of us but it's ok because everyone who we spoke to that worked there, were great! Also, the wings are still gargantuan y'all...and super tasty! Pork chops...amazing and tasty, nicely seasoned!

A ridiculous wait and felt forgotten. Then my order was incorrect and waitress said it was kitchens fault. I didnt want to wait any longer so I took 1 order instead of the 2 I had ordered. Only to arrive at home and discover that I ended up with a missing piece of catfish. I sent a complaint email to Tobys over a week ago with no response.I really like the old school vibe and the food, but this was not a good situation.

This place is the best place to eat in town. Amazing food. Great people. I will tell everyone to try this place We all had different options. And they were all amazing.
The food was delicious. Good southern soul food that came out fresh and warm. The service was nice. The girls working were nice to customers and had the pleasant callouts to everyone. Like "baby, and honey". To me makes it a more homely place to come to.Service, some times they would get distracted and I heard a few grumbling from others that something was missed on their orders. The atmosphere when it comes to the patrons were welcoming. As an outsider sitting at the bar everyone was pleasant to me. The place was just dated. It could use a little bit of freshening up.Other than that I enjoyed the place. Told my wife and brother about it right away. Just some good old cooking. If/when I am back in the area, I will make this a stop for food again.

The ladies running the front had their kids their, doing double duty. And I mean the women were doing the double duty, raising children and running the front. It really is a family affair.?I'll post a picture of my barbecue pork sandwich and a quick catfish dinner. All delicious! Compliments to the chefs. The place is clean, people are friendly, good conversation, and a lot of laughing. I have to give them a really excellent score on atmosphere. Also, a great place to watch the game. I'm going to add this to my favorites list, along with sports bar hopping.??⚾I currently have 144 million on my views, so I don't pull any punches, and I don't give bad reviews. If I have an issue, I will wait until the next time. Everyone has bad days.
