Since I moved from Chicago this is the closest wing stop, for some reason my orders are always missing something or its a completely different order. The last encounter was when I complained about my last experience because upon entering the restaurant the person at the register which I believe was the manager didn’t even acknowledge me. After 3 minutes if standing there someone from the back came to help. When i got home I had missing wings, after i complained on my feedback someone from the restaurant called asked me what had happened, he apologized and offered me to refund me my last order which till now I haven’t seen it. Soo if you order here make sure its what you ordered

Got wings, corn, & fries to go for 6 people. Parking is somewhat limited but easy enough. Order prepared was easy. Friendly staff greeted me and got my order timely. Most of chicken was very good except the garlic parm was jump “dumped” on the chicken. Similar with the corn - the spices seasoning was clumped in some places & missing in others. Maybe just a bad day for those 2 items. Other flavors were great!

I recently visited the Wingstop location on MLK Drive in North Chicago, and my experience was deeply concerning due to the unsanitary handling of food.

On April 1, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I ordered cheese fries with a side of ranch. As I waited for my food, I witnessed a fry cook drop the container meant for the fries and a couple of fries on the floor. After this incident, she carelessly scooped the fries that fall on the floor into another container beneath the counter. To my shock, she proceeded to use the dropped container for my order.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. I immediately informed the cashier about what I had seen, expressing my refusal to accept the order due to the unsanitary conditions. However, when the cashier approached the fry cook, she falsely claimed that she had only dropped the fries, not the container. I was clear with the cashier that I had observed the whole situation.

It’s alarming that employees in the food service industry would disregard basic hygiene standards. There are germs and bacteria present on the floor that can easily transfer to food, posing serious health risks. The cashier nor the fry cook apologize for the incident or the inconvenience. As a result of this experience, I will never return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone. Food safety is paramount, and it’s clear that this location falls short in that regard.

Those people who serve there are racists and they look more like Mexicans than anything else and their way of serving is very ugly and if they serve you badly that's not enough for them why the food is delivered cold.

The GM Pedro is the rudest store manager I ever came across I walked in to order a usual that I get all the time. He said they don't do that I said I ordered it yesterda He said well, the worker must explain to you th we can't do it. No more, then he blamed me for using them.Say I only do the 2 piece wings.Because I know that is cheap He tell me I could not do that unless I order something else I told him i'm going to order more things Then he turned around And said I can't do that. I
Told him that's fine.And I proceeded to order the 4 piece.And I want a different flavors on two and two While he's speaking to me this whole time He's speaking with an attitude so angry so mad Very unprofessional so I called him Out for having a attitude and I And I told him I would just order with the other gentleman.I get in line and as I Approach.
The Cashier he told me that he Refuses to serve me I guess He doesn't like that call him Out for having an attitude ! So I gladly left out the door!!

Waited 30 mins for cold food. I don’t understand why it takes so long and it’s cold. Also, i received cold plain unseasoned fries took it back to the counter and the guy at the register literally went and grabbed some seasoning and sprinkled it on top. This place is trash, they didn’t even have paper towels to eat with for messy chicken.
