The food was fire! I got the 8 wing combo. I was able to get half Korean bbq and half lemon pepper. It was so good. I ordered online. I would have given 5 stars but the service is slow. I shouldn't order ahead of time and still have to wait for my food. All of the staff are super nice and they give you an update on how long it's going to take. The inside of the restaurant has a few tables to sit, but majority pickup their food to go. I would definitely go back.

They got my order completely wrong and when I reordered and called to try and make sure it went through correct they wouldn't answer the phone even after multiple tries and waiting a few minutes between calls.
yesterday, sept 2, was my first and last time i visited this wingstop. Stepped into the place, cashier was in her phone, no greeting, no smile, nothing. silenced until i started ordering, i was automatically cut off with “name?”. i continued to order. i sat at a table. i ordered a small second order… i waited a while because the cashier paid no attention to me while she scrolled on her phone laughing. my order was not correct. she gave the table behind me, a tray, utensils, etc. when my food came out… it was in a togo bag as if i wasn’t obviously eating there. wrong order, assuming because she was on her phone distracted. no apology. most disrespectful, unprofessional wingstop i’ve visited it. they don’t treat all customers equal. saddest environment. i had to clean the table myself, because it was dirty and the establishment wasn’t busy at all for them to have an excuse.

Worst wingstop in the entire area. The workers are useless and don’t care about the customers. They’re constantly messing up orders. I ordered online from their website for delivery a few months back and never received my order. It was stolen by the driver. No refund and no food. I had to go into the store and force them to give me my money back. I tried to give them another chance today and they failed me once again. I ordered my food through the phone this time for pick up. The lady asked for my name and after I ordered she even read the order back to me. I go in 25 minutes later and they said they didn’t have any orders under my name. They hadn’t even made my order or written it down anywhere. They gave me someone else’s order that was $27 when my order was only $16. I went back and just cancelled and got my refund. This is the most unprofessional wingstop I’ve ever been to. The workers don’t care. Your food will either come out bogus or it won’t even get made at all.
