This establishment discriminates on which individual works at the establishment and the only reason I say this is because I seen a young man come in and I will not disclose the ethnicity but they laughed about him trying to apply when he walked away. It's a sad thing to see it is something a hiring manager of a Dunkin' donuts SHOULD NOT BE! to see it is sickening and it needs to change big time.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PLACE STILL OPEN , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , They have 2 girls playing in the drive through cursing and disrespecting customers. Everything is a joke to them, after asking for their manager they used fouled language. I will be reporting this to the Dunkin Donuts corporation- not sure what type of management would allow this type of behavior. Or what type of ownership!!! These girls are in the service industry, the first time I get it, but take your job seriously! We are paying customers! We ordered an Ice coffe and a hot coffee we clearly saw the girl spitting on the coffee & the other girl sweeping the floor , How can you be so bad at your job when you give what it’s supposed to be a cold drink so hot?! We left. I called the several times after to try to speak to a manager and they never pick up the pick up the phone a horrible attitude! Rest assured your franchisee will hear about this! ZERO STARS!

Please retrain your employees especially the night crew. I was denied my daiquiri ice. I am not able to eat regular ice cream due to my Galactosemia and not all Baskin Robins have daiquiri ice. The customer is always right. You lost a customer. I guess my money isn’t good enough. Maybe the employee was too lazy?

If I could put zero, I would. Rupee, who took care of my daughter and I who were out for ice cream together, loudly expressed how much she hates making banana splits. We were sitting there eating one she had just made for us. She also kept making faces to the other gentleman there when we ordered hot fudge, which she said it was not working. Then we asked for chocolate syrup and she made another face to her co worker. She was rude and really made us uncomfortable. I will never step foot in this location. Ruined our mom and daughter ice cream date.

Third times the charm. I went to 3 Baskin-Robbins that night that said they were open, 1. Closed, 2.lazy kid, no service, 3. PERFECT-finally got what I wanted here!A HAND PACKED quart, half pralines-n-cream, half Oreo. It was late, but she was nicest lady. I gave her a $5.00 tip

This place is DIRTY. I saw the employee who was making my drink, drop some ice on the floor and use her hand which just touched money pick the ice up and put it back in the drink. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you don't want to get sick, go somewhere else.

Went to get ice cream 10pm drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes the girl answered, I asked for pistachio ice cream she said they dont have it. Ok no biggie, asked for rocky road another no, frustrating but ok then asked for butter pecan and that was out as well. So I left went to another br in berwyn...well that one was worse. Read that review
