Perfect place for a yummy snack! Service is great, music is a vibe. Fruit 10 piece mini pancakes and Mango Raspberry milk tea were delicious!!
I’m sorry but I feel betrayed 🥲 I always come here and the workers and boba are great but the website specifically says you guys close until 12 and when I came right now the lady had already closed and it was barely 11. 💔
I came here by chance and it was amazing! The tapioca is great quality, the pistachios pancakes were great too ! Jim was extremely helpful and patient.

Only been here a few times, but never had a bad time. Have had the freezes and flavored fruit teas, both delicious. The staff are always pleasant, shoutout to Ali with my last order. Will definitely return.
