I ordered a $6 meal deal with a plain bagel and a ice coffee 3 creams 6 sugars before work and I was given a croissant and a ice coffee with 6 creams and 3 sugars.

My first time using the App and I suppose it would be my last time using it. To the lady who was upset because “I didn't say anything”; The question is why the cashier who saw me enter ignored me when she passed in front of me 3 times as did 2 other workers, including you before she asked her workers “what are you waiting for!?” Since I apologized and tried to explain that I was not the one who placed the order and if I liked I could go through the drive thru; It ended up that it didn't matter that much because the order wasn't ready yet and I wasn't in that hurry. Well, I didn't want to be upset because when I was waiting for them, I was admiring how hard the girls worked, but the last comment you made when I turned around to leave was "Well, it doesn't say anything!?" It seemed unnecessary to me since I tried to apologize because it was the first time we used the App but now I understand why the rest of your team had a bad face with the attitude that you showed me. It left a bad taste in my mouth and it makes me sad that he chose to act like this since it is the only Dunkin' near my house and we will see each other again. I hope that God gives you the calm and patience you need for the future.

**First time using the App and probably last time; to the woman who got upset that I didn't “speak up” for my order; the problem wasn't me not speaking up but why did multiple employees walk past me multiple times without asking if I needed help, including yourself before you decided to turn around and bark at your coworkers “what is she waiting for!?” in spanish. I tried explaining that I wasn't the one who put the order in I was just there to pick up and even offered to jump into the drive thru lane to help keep the flow because I wasn't in a rush and it didn't matter much due to my order not even being ready yet, you however said no that it was fine. Clearly though it wasn't because you waited until I turned to leave to bark out again “well she didn't say anything!?” To your coworkers and from that comment alone I could understand why everyone else was avoiding asking if I needed help and had the energy they showed. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and saddened me because unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin to my home and we will inevitably see each other again; so I pray that you are granted the calmness and patience needed for future interactions.

Coffee tasted horrible. Way too much sugar and wasn't hot. Took it back and hot and she just poured a little hot coffee in it. Had to take it back a third time. Muffin was like a rock. Ended throwing the coffee away. Service horrible.

The staff is horrible. So rude have no manners or respect of costumers. All they do is gossip in the kitchen and do horrible job on drinks. This is why they work at Dunkin because of their work ethic. How do you even hire people like this? They don’t deserve to work. I am very upset and won’t be visiting again. Dunkin you need to evaluate your employees.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,LUPE THE CASHIER HAD A UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE , HOPEFULLY WENT WITH THE OTHER GIRL AND UNFORTUNATELY SHE WERE MORE RUDE THAN LUPE ,,,

I don't understand how this place still open ,the two girls had a bad service customer service ,unacceptable bad attitude.
My 7 old grandson request to use the bathroom and they denied him to access to the bathroo. Saying the bedroom was out of service , I asked her (Lupe) to use ladies bathroom she NO BATHROOMS ARE OUT OFF SERVICE, I THIS GOES AGAINST TO THE CITY STANDARDS.
We were there on 08- 02-24 at 7:24 pm check number is 7971
I ask for Mike the manager they say his not longer working for that store.
I ask for manager on duty and they say she's is coming back on Monday

Purschase cup from dunkin donuts establishment and his one don't do refills find it strange that all others do and we are using your product. Was very disappointed that I had to leave and find another establishment
