This is the fourth time I've had to get their attention because they gather around gossiping and still get angry when I speak to them. They need better supervision.

This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received the drinks were ordered online thirty minutes prior to when they were ready, maybe even longer. Staff was incredibly rude when we asked where drinks were and used the excuse of having a lot of orders when no one was there or waiting besides us. The only reason I am giving this one star is because zero isnt an option.

Fix the time you say is open on internet, at 8:15 pm lobby is already closed, only drive thru is open, few customers came and left

I have been to this Dunkin serve days this week before my night shift. I have arrived around the same time and every time I have gone the workers advise system is frozen or system is down. I understand if this occurs at time, but every day is ridiculous.

This is the slowest dunkin in the entire chicago area. I stop here frequently before work because of convenient location but I have to account for a lot of extra time because of how long they take.

Went this morning my son ordered mini plain bagels I got a bagel croissant for my husband . They don’t have oat milk , they gave my son egg bites not plain bagels , they gave me a bagel with no cream cheese no number to call

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly concerned about the experience I had at this Dunkin’ location. The cashier who took my order appeared to be under the influence — their speech was slurred, movements were unsteady, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just one scoop of ice cream and a simple drink, and during that time, the cashier was rude and dismissive as if my order was a bother.

There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior in a workplace that serves the public. It was uncomfortable and concerning to witness, especially knowing this person is handling food and drinks. Management seriously needs to address this issue immediately — both for the safety of customers and the reputation of Dunkin’.

This kind of experience makes me question the standards being upheld at this location, and I hope corporate looks into it before more customers have to deal with the same kind of unacceptable service.

This place is CONSTANTLY forgetting something in our purchase. CONSTANTLY. If it’s not a whole order of hash browns, it’s the wrong bagel. Why can’t you get it right???? I know Dunkin’ is a franchise so calling corporate is POINTLESS. This owner does not care about this run down place. And their phone doesn’t work to ever report an issue.

I’d like to express both my consistent satisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees, Brittani, and my concerns regarding the overall quality and consistency at your store. I frequent this location due to its 24-hour accessibility and proximity to my workplace.

Brittani consistently delivers exceptional service. Her professionalism, kindness, and accuracy in fulfilling orders are truly commendable. Her dedication is evident, particularly given her past experience working alone overnight. I believe her skills and commitment warrant serious consideration for a promotion to manager. Her performance sets a high standard for the entire team.

Conversely, on occasions when Brittani is not working, the quality of my beverage (a simple hot oat milk latte) has been significantly inconsistent and, frankly, unsatisfactory. This disparity highlights the importance of her contribution to the overall customer experience.

I urge you to review your employee selection processes and seriously consider promoting Brittani to a management position. I am confident that her leadership would significantly improve the performance and customer satisfaction at this location. Thank you!
