This place is CONSTANTLY forgetting something in our purchase. CONSTANTLY. If it’s not a whole order of hash browns, it’s the wrong bagel. Why can’t you get it right???? I know Dunkin’ is a franchise so calling corporate is POINTLESS. This owner does not care about this run down place. And their phone doesn’t work to ever report an issue.

Brittani consistently delivers exceptional service. Her professionalism, kindness, and accuracy in fulfilling orders are truly commendable. Her dedication is evident, particularly given her past experience working alone overnight. I believe her skills and commitment warrant serious consideration for a promotion to manager. Her performance sets a high standard for the entire team.
Conversely, on occasions when Brittani is not working, the quality of my beverage (a simple hot oat milk latte) has been significantly inconsistent and, frankly, unsatisfactory. This disparity highlights the importance of her contribution to the overall customer experience.
I urge you to review your employee selection processes and seriously consider promoting Brittani to a management position. I am confident that her leadership would significantly improve the performance and customer satisfaction at this location. Thank you!

Girl in drive thru really good don't know her name she works late-night shift makes the best coffee bad thing is the store got her working in there w no heat and is freezing not cool

I waited 10 min to order tru the drive tru…. There was only one car… in front of me… the lobby is close so there’s no customers inside. I went around to try to go in and place my order doors are locked and no one on site.. this was on 1-23-2025 at 8:10 pm… I tried calling to speak to someone the phone number online is disconnected 😕

I ordered a $6 meal deal with a plain bagel and a ice coffee 3 creams 6 sugars before work and I was given a croissant and a ice coffee with 6 creams and 3 sugars.
