I live near this place. Since I walk over to Aldi's for groceries, I stop here for some well deserved "ice cream". 6 blocks to Aldi's 6 blocks back. Good exercise.

Sunday 5:30 and the staff no longer sells milkshake or anything they have to prepare, each and every one is on their cell phone, terrible service, those who are usually bill collectors have a very bad attitude and are arrogant, I will not return to this place.

I was there 10mins before they closed and wanted to get a drink and was standing at the line for 2 minutes while the lady that was in front of me was getting some ice cream when it was my turn the guy that was with a girl working told me the people getting the ice cream we’re the last people the we’re going to take because it was close when their was still 10 more minutes and he could of told me that when I was standing in line already! Not only that but it seem like the guy working there was hugging the girl employee before I got there and the lady with the ice cream! I really like this shop but after what happened to me never am I coming back! The employees working there 2-10-2022 at night seemed soo lazy not wanting to take my order and telling their were close so they can’t take me smh

Ordered through the app ice coffee and they told me they don’t have iced only hot I asked to get another coffee and I can add some cash they said no we can’t do this only refund through the app ... app customer service only Monday till Friday. (the girl were super rude) the first and last time I visit this location (just paid for nothing)
