My husband and I came to Fame Dave’s (Northriverside!Mall location) for dinner and the service upon entry was awesome. Our waitress Nikole was amazing. She was everything that people look for in customer service. I’ll give you guys a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its NO EXCUSE for an online order i placed yesterday afternoon that it is not ready today. It makes no difference that its Labor Day. My order should've been been ready!!! There are ppl who've placed phone orders today while mine should've been ready an hour ago. I've NEVER had this issue when I've ordered online w/the Orland Pk location -- including holidays. North Riverside location needs to get some training pointers from Orland Pk.... & this is comment comes from someone who is a Learning Trainer. P.s... Shout out to Jamarion who stepped up when I asked for a mgr (who arrived 10min later) & gave excellence customer svc by offering desserts for the inconvenience.

I actually think the fried chicken was the best part! The BBQ was tasty but not very succulent or juicy. Next time I go I will definitely choose fried chicken over the BBQ.
