I really appreciate the cashier I did get her name but my father is really picking about his bar b que she helped me in deciding on the sauce..he loved it..I'm surprised 🤣

I came here yesterday with the family and was overall pleased. They sat us down right away, and they brought out the food pretty quickly. My only complaint was that my brisket was a bit on the cold side. But all the side dishes were very good. Especially the cornbread !! 😋 I would definitely come back to give it another try!

The manager, Brian was great. It went above and beyond to correct an issue I had with my order. Service and food were exceptional. I strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for an awesome
awesome overall experience that seems to be rare today.

This restaurant is impressive, but our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. Following a long day arriving from Florida, my husband took us for dinner. Two employees made an inappropriate comment to my thirteen-year-old son as we were leaving. When we turned back to confront them, they hastily retreated to the back. In hindsight, I regret not confronting the situation. Upon returning home, I called Famous David and requested Supervisor Brain, detailing the incident. He requested my name and number and promised to investigate and return my call once he understood the situation. The only redeeming aspect of this dinner was the exceptional service provided by Shelby, our server. Employers lacking quality customer service skills are not ideal for restaurant work, as it negatively impacts the establishment.

I visited this location today and was told they were short staffed. We decided to wait the 25 minutes to be seated. A party of one came in 15 minutes after us & was seated. As wenear the 25 minute mark, a party 3 enters & seated after 10 minutes. We go to ask the host what happened, he proceeds to say they didn't have time to sit us because they were short staffed. I asked how did you have time to seat four people and not my party of two. He responded saying we'll he has the time now. He was very non-chalant and unapologetic. Needless to say we left. That location needs to be managed better.

I recently visited Famous Dave's BBQ specifically to get their Bread Pudding, which happens to be one of my favorite desserts. It's so good that I only allow myself to indulge every now and then—if I ate it every time I craved it, things would get out of control (moderation is key!). The Bread Pudding and the rest of their menu have thankfully remained consistent over the years in terms of flavor and quality.

However, what stood out to me this time was the service. The employees seemed a bit overwhelmed, which was a noticeable change from the past when they were extra joyful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I'm not sure if it's a result of the times we’re in or something to do with their training, but it felt different. Just my personal observation. Overall, the food still delivers, but the service could use a bit of that old energy.

Did a lunch catchup with a dear friend and it was great. Our host made sure we had what we needed and gave us our space to catch up. Food was good!

Lunch menu for $12: 2 small bones of barbeque which tasted fine, just no meat on bones; a very dry piece of rotisserie chicken and a bowl of good baked beans with a corn bread muffin. The food was awful except for the beans.

We ordered delivery. Just look at the photos. The first is how they picture a Brisket sandwich on their menu....chopped and piled high. The other pics are what I got...a few dry thin slices with about a teaspoon of sauce. Complete garbage. I've ordered from them a lot in the past, and the portions were always kinda small; but this is ridiculous. They should be embarrassed to send something like that to a customer. I will never order from this place again.
