Loved the coffee!! Got the Vanilla Madagascar Caramel. It had a cappuccino base. Really good! The staff was nice and the service was fast. Recommended 10/10.

The worst! I ordered a regular black coffee. (how hard can that be?)After nearly 10 mins (they were NOT busy), I see the person who took my order scoop something into a cup, add hot water, and bring me my "coffee".Instant coffee at Starbucks prices????I got a refund. Won't be returning.

Love this place! I always get a drink when I go to the mall and they are made perfectly. I do have to wait a while for the drinks but I do understand that they might be short staff like any other place. Good customer service and friendly smiles.

Always come to this spot every couple of days and I love the iced lattes. The manager is awesome and always asks if my drink is good before I leave.

Been to this coffee shop a few times and I have to say the experience each time declined. I can’t help but notice the last two times I’ve been here there was a single cashier/barista doing the work. The line was long and the wait was about 25 mins for a single drink. I was there yesterday and I was helped by Jaylen I believe her name was who was all by herself, as who I believe to be the store manager was sitting “doing paperwork” as though that’s what it appeared to me she was doing. She didn’t even bother to get up and assist this poor cashier to bring down the line orEven make drink. Which from a customer service stand point was a big disappointment. Jaylen was very polite and helpful and it very sad to see that she had no help at all. The drink itself was okay but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. I know I can’t be the only one who was frustrated to see that the store manager didn’t bother to get up and help when you could clearly see how busy it was. But the cashier did an amazing job handling it on her own. She definitely needs some recognition.

Cashier was nice but barista was so rude. Had me wait while she was talking to her friends and served them first even though my order was was taken before theirs. Waited 25 minutes for one drink. Which was bitter and made wrong. Completely disappointing experience.Here we are two months later and still the same experience. Cashier is great but Barista was on his phone the whole time and didn’t bother washing his hands while making my drinks. Last time I will try this place again.

Jayleen was hands down the most amazing person to interact with, kind, professional and recommend a great choice of coffee. Maria was also a pleasant person to order with. By far the best customer service I’ve gotten was from those two.
