They took 13 minutes to make my drink for it end up not being what I’ve ordered and I was the only person there and they still took a long time making my drink this isn’t the first time we’re they have taken too long making drinks in general I shouldn’t have to wait nearly my whole break for a damn drink I’m already on a time crunch because that’s my only break and I shouldn’t have to spend 1/3 of it waiting for a regular sized drink

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been disappointed in coffee. Latte, cappuccino - the coffee is bitter, burnt, so much so that even sugar does not correct the taste. A couple of times the machines for making hot drinks did not work. The employees are also not always friendly.

They didn't clean the containers to make drinks. My chocolate drink was ruined with a strong coffee flavor. Absolutely ruined my drink, I hate coffee.

Only thing that redeemed it was the staff was ok.

Loved the coffee!! Got the Vanilla Madagascar Caramel. It had a cappuccino base. Really good! The staff was nice and the service was fast. Recommended 10/10.

I THEIR 2 DAYS AGO IM STILL UPSET BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED ,BTHE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH THAT STUPID BIRD TATTOO ON HER NECK AND STRRET CLOTHE NOT EVEN A APRIN, WAS UPSET WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A BLCK COFFEE BECAUSE I INTERRUPTED HER CHIT CHAT WITH SOME GUY , WELL SHE GIVES ME THE COFFEE WITH A HAIR ON IT AND THINKS THATS OK , DONT GO TO THIS PLACE SERVICE AND COFFE IS HORRIBLE, GO TO DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS THEY EERE MUCH NICER AND THEY WONT CHARGE U FOR 1 DOLLAR FOR CREAM .AVOID THIS PLACE OOOOTODAY SHE WAS IN CINOBON ILL WILL NEVER GOTHEIR AGAIN EITHER , I DONT WANT HAIR IN MY DESSERT

The worst! I ordered a regular black coffee. (how hard can that be?)After nearly 10 mins (they were NOT busy), I see the person who took my order scoop something into a cup, add hot water, and bring me my "coffee".Instant coffee at Starbucks prices????I got a refund. Won't be returning.

Love this place! I always get a drink when I go to the mall and they are made perfectly. I do have to wait a while for the drinks but I do understand that they might be short staff like any other place. Good customer service and friendly smiles.

Always come to this spot every couple of days and I love the iced lattes. The manager is awesome and always asks if my drink is good before I leave.
