Great Steak

I have been going here for a long time and I just got 2 great steaks asked for no mushrooms they gave me 2 with mushrooms I politely spoke to them saying I ordered without mushrooms because I can't eat them and they made me new ones with less steak it's mostly bread now it's not my fault they couldn't take an order and now I'm paying for it very very upsetting

Just got a original steak sandwich and the quality of the meat was kinda grounded. Had other sandwiches from other locations and this is the worst meat quality, kinda looks like ground beef. I should have referred to the pictures first as it looked exactly the same smh never again.. btw it’s overpriced for the size. Don’t buy nothing here..

We were never able to find a Great Steak location near us until we found this one. It isn't the closest but the food was amazing, there was a lot of it...it was very much worth the drive!We ate the great steak and ?.Loved!!!

The food court in the mall has very high ceilings. The atmosphere is warm. There are people of all ages. The feeling is like you are at home. If you are there for food, you are in the right place. I personally love the steak and potato deluxe. The potato is nicely cooked and the meat, butter, sour cream stuffing just makes your day.

Just saw the guy cooking the steak touching raw meat and veggies and everything else with the same blue glove. Recipe for food poisoning ??

I was walking through the mall and picked up a steak and potato /w butter and sour cream. The soda though I got at 5 Below. I like cherry Dr. Pepper Zero sugar. Win win.

I threw away the sandwiches we bought. Why? Salty AF , barely any meat.

Today i visited this location was very disappointed in how it was run the cook Danny and the young lady which i did not get her name were working very hard to get orders out ,long line also mall was closing .there was another worker who was not helping just standing there watching .i don't believe that is right or fair . i had to write this review and appreciate these 2 employee who got my order correct and quick.thank you for my order .

they should drop the great from the name. not enough meat on the cheesesteak. too much bread. and prices seem really high. 20 bucks for a drink fries and a sandwich seems like alot.
